We hired Ken to do a master bedroom and ensuite project which involved removing a wall, installing a beam, constructing a new ensuite (all new fixtures, floor etc) as well new hardwood floor installation in the bedroom. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Ken is a true pro and has a wealth of experience which came in handy dealing with the challenges that come with renovating older homes. He communicates well, is friendly and kept the job site exceptionally clean at the end of each day. He brought in top notch people on parts of the project for the tile, drywall, electrical and plumbing. All of the trades he brought in were amazing. Ken transformed our 1970s bathroom into luxury bathroom with separate soaker tub and big rain shower.He is very meticulous and takes pride in his work. All the large tiles were carefully placed including on the ceiling in the enclosed wet area. If anything was unclear he would ensure it was done the way we wanted.He took care to keep the construction area clean and to protect the other areas of the house not under construction. He is very personable, trustworthy and honest.We hope to have him work on our main bathroom next year.I would, without hesitation, recommend Ken.

KFP renovations did a complete renovation of our 1941 home in the fall of 2022. We are 100% happy with the work that Ken, with the help of Michael, and the other subcontractors completed.
