Just purchased a new Trailer with the assistance from Colton and Kayla. Absolutely amazing service and knowledgeable! They were both super helpful with the process and patient with dealing with our excitement and copious amounts of questions as this is our first travel trailer! If you want the man to find your trailer, Coltons your guy! WARNING FOR ALL!! DO NOT buy from pulse rv. They sell damaged trailers and then refuse to give you your money back and play the blame game between staff members. Poory placed hardware to the point doors don't close properly, rust on every internal cupboard screw, wood bubbling under wallpaper, and more. Over a month trying to just return a trailer and we have been told the following from staff members..it's your trailer now

Right from the start of our experience to the completion, everyone was so helpful and professional. We did not have an appointment but they made our repair so we could get back on the road to continue our trip without much delay.

My partner and I went to the Edmonton RV expo looking for a pop-up camper. We fell in love with the A-liner campers and Pulse RV seemed to be the only store there that carries them. Evan Manning was our sales rep and is also the manager of the Edmonton location. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Super honest, down to earth and accommodating which made us feel great about our purchase. I'm very weary of sales people in general but with Evan I didn't have my hackles up once. Would strongly recommend Pulse RV for both their selection and customer service.

Called about there dump trailer I saw at the boat show. Evan was able to get me approved and out the door fast. I have used double a and southland trailers and they don't really compare to these moritz trailers. If you cheap out you pay.more for repairs later. Pulse along with Heartland RV, are great to deal with. My situation was difficult to work with, but Evan and Colton found a way.

We came across Pulse RV at the rv expo. We were originally just checking out different units at different dealers. Colton was not pushing and patiently answered all questions and even pointed out some stuff we hadn’t thought off when comparing. Very happy we decided to go with Pulse. Colton, the sales manager, and financing were great to deal with. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Buyer BewarePulse RV/Heartland FordConsidering recent events, I have chosen to regretfully produce this statement as both a warning to future potential parties and as a written account of the incident that has proceeded as of recent. On February 10th, 2023, my wife and I attended the RV Wars showcase in Edmonton Alberta.During this time we were heavily pressured into the sale of a new Travel Trailer while my wife was in a state of disarray due to her low blood sugar and needed to leave. I had tried to explain to the sales representative the state my wife was currently in, but they refused to listen, all they were interested in was a sale. They even bought us diner which I thought as another sales pitch and stall us from leaving. It was an overwhelming betrayal of both our trust in the company and its employees, as we weren’t given adequate time to analyze what we were signing: but we were both pressured into initializing the document without even being given the opportunity to read it. We stated clearly and respectfully that we wished to retract from the deal since it was made in duress but no matter what they would not negotiate with us. They declared we could only contact them after the coming weekend due to the fact they were now closed until Wednesday due to the RV Show.On the following Monday my wife contacted the TD financial advisory to try to get this matter swiftly handled. She was informed we needed a letter of cancellation from the company to dissolve the loan. We both made significant efforts to get in contact after the date, however despite numerous amounts of calls, it took my wife’s email to get Pulse RV to return our calls. Her email was addressed to the owner of Heartland Ford/Pulse RV and the process was finally started the following Friday 17 Feb 2023Despite this, all that we were told from Evan Manning (General Sales Manager) that “he would get back to us”, in which the individual speedily hung up. There was no response immediately given. It was not until 2:30 in the afternoon that Friday my wife received a phone call from Cole O Connell (Sales Manager) and he informed her we were obligated and required to pay three-thousand dollars if we wanted the letter of cancellation printed.If Pulse RV is in your sites for RV purchase, I would think twice, their sales team are very desperate to make sales and have no consideration for the consumer.
