My hubby and I decided to spice things up and took to the store for some new adventures to try. Shannon was very helpful in answering questions we had about particular products, and we would definitely come back to this location as we felt very comfortable in her presence!

Had a really great experience here!! I was helped by someone named Dell and he is very knowledgeable and kind. Will definitely be coming back!

This company used a picture of me in a cosplay I made and worked very hard on in their instagram story (@adultsourcecalgary) to advertise their wig products. They did this without asking or receiving my consent to do so. I did not buy my wig from their store, so I don't really understand why they are using my image to advertise their products and not a cosplayer who DID purchase cosplay items from their store, or pictures of their own products to begin with. When I tried to ask them to take the image down over instagram DM an hour after they posted my image and they ignored me for the full 24hours that the image was posted on their story. I have since warned my Instagram followers of their negative actions.Even the company which made the wig I was wearing in the cosplay in question asked for me permission and consent before reposting my pictures to advertise their products that I am using. The fact that a wig company cares more about consent than an adult store doesn't reflect well.Edit: Contrary to what they claim in their reply to my review (see below) they did not in fact share a picture from Arda's page. They shared a picture from my Instagram account. If they had shared a picture from Arda's page this wouldn't be an issue nor my problem. The problem is they used my image (not Arda's) to advertise and they did so without my consent.

Went in and had a blast with the employees that were working. They were very helpful and had a great sense of humor. They didn't bs us and were truthful when it came to thier knowledge of the products. The store is large fairly well stocked and clean. I look forward to my next visit to Adult source... I just hope the same people are working because they are the ones that made my experience a memorable one. Hats off to you I thank you for a great adventure into the land of adult toys.

Went in because my wife made me, but left not regretting the visit. The staff that were there were super knowledgeable and I left knowing a lot more than I did. I now have more things I want to try in the future.

Ordered mystery box based off recommendations from another friend. Thought it was for couples a few items we will be reselling from there.

Ask the employee if bowl was a 14 mm get it home... wrong one I've got a 19mm bowl. Turn around go back to the store and nope no returns. Thanks

I have always enjoyed my adventures into this store, the employees were usually friendly and helpful; until now. Either it’s just impossible to find good help, or whoever does the hiring has given up on pre-screening I don’t know. What I do know is that’s probably it for me and this joint. This was the second negative interaction, two different employees. He, much like the previous girl who provided terrible service, was rude, unhelpful and very unwelcoming. I felt uncomfortable from his glare, clearly only watching to make sure I didn’t steal, not whether I might need assistance. When I finally did approach him with a question he rolled his eyes, sighed at me, and read the back of the bottle. The blonde employee from my previous visit rolled her eyes so much and actually looked gleeful when my card wouldn’t work. Has anyone informed them they are in a customer service job? And perhaps making paying customers feel unwelcome is not the best way to assist with sales….too bad really, it’s a cool concept, but pretty bad that the late night employees are scaring the customers off.

This place is terrible! I arrived here and the lady working with pink hair and bangs had me waiting outside in the cold to show her my id?? After proceeding to show her my id shivering in the cold she refused to allow me inside the store while saying she isn’t obligated to let me in?? I was very confused on why I was denied entry so I then sent my friend in and when she saw he was with me she wouldn’t let him in the store either. I feel extremely disrespected by this place and will not be returning. My advice is find somewhere else to shop as the other reviews have similar experience with bad costumer service
