The UPS Store

Today, I went in to get some copies made after reading the reviews about this store & spoke to the manager, Matthew, who explained the cost to me over the phone, prior to my arrival. I was unsure if there was a charge to rent the computer, since I had my own usb, but as soon as I entered the store I was greeted “Hello!” by the friendly staff and they made my copies in under 10 minutes, even though there were 2 customers being served ahead of me.As a newcomer to the city, I was not expecting such personalized service. The big box stores in the GTA expect you to do everything yourself & many do not even acknowledge you as you enter the store, so I was not sure if UPS store would be run the same way.If you are more comfortable in the smaller ‘mom & pop’ stores, where you actually get to make a genuine connection with the people working there, then this is the place for you!They also ship large items I saw, have mailboxes for rent & have a very cheap price to get passport photos done. I will be sharing the positive experience I had on this busy Friday afternoon with my family, as I do have upcoming birthday invitations to prepare & this UPS store is my new all-in-one shop for everything printing/shipping/photo related. My favourite UPS location! Have been dropping off my packages for several years here and never had a single issue. Friendly and helpful stuff, a plenty of parking in front of the store.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The employee working on Monday at 4pm was completely unprofessional, rude and ripped up my printed documents. Worst customer service

The customer service and attention to detail is beyond excellent at this UPS Store location. The staff went way out of their way to accommodate my request and handled what was a stressful situation for me with such professionalism and efficiency, it left me feeling beyond relieved and grateful! I highly recommend using this UPS location for all of your shipping needs, it will be handled flawlessly!

We have printed our flyers from this store as well as our business cards. We were extremely pleased with the print quality and colours they turned out fantastic! Highly recommend their location.
