My friend and I were stopping by on the way to camping and had the best experience!! The manager (we assume), Matt heard us talking about how we were craving a real margarita outside and came and found our table to make sure we got some! We had a passing conversation about how we craved a marg with real lime juice and fresh ingredients and I guess he heard. He made it himself and it was amazing! Our server, Elina, was also very attentive and super friendly. Incredible service and amazing management.

Don't go to Salmon arm BP'S drive the extra and go to Vernon. Salmon arm has bad service, worse food. Kids in the lounge. Sorry they don't have a lounge, all restaurant.

My online order did not make it to the restaurant. The SA location has a new managing partner and he was genuinely apologetic. He made sure that my order got in quickly and gave me a 25% discount. The new Italian pizza with pesto may be one of the best pizzas Boston has ever offered.

Quiet when we visited early evening. Servers were great and always helpful. Food came hot and nicely presented. Great place for a quick bite. Children love it with plenty of menu choices.

Well we have been dining at the Salmon Arm Boston Pizza since we moved here 4 years ago and have always been satisfied with our dining experience.Today we had an exceptional one. Our pizza was late and we did not complain but our server Savannah apologized for the delay and told us there would be a discount. Just after that, one of the new owners came over and spoke with us. He too apologized and said the bill would be adjusted because of the wait. We thanked him.When we got our Boston Royal, we immediately noticed that there was much more topping and the crust also was thicker than we had been used to there.We told our server this as a compliment. Seems she relayed this to Matt who spoke with us earlier and again he came back and sat down with us for a chat.Great service and the pizza was excellent!All the best to the new management and new and existing staff at this establishment. Thank you.

My friends and I had an amazing experience. Food and drinks were awesome. Serves was beyond amazing. Our waitress was Cloe, the manager of the night was Denise. Made the experience remember ably and fun for us.Thank you

Best Boston Pizza experience yet!! Boston Pizza is one of those places I'll usually goto when I am out of town. I've had good experiences and bad ones, but this one knocked it out of the park! The staff was upbeat and friendly and definitely on point with the service. The pizza is spectacular as usual, and the price point is bang on. For me, it was the service at this location that really made it stand out from the rest. I will definitely be returning if I am in salmon arm in the future.
