Great staff, very friendly,great choices, lots of products!

I usually go across the street for my hair needs but they were closed due to the lack of power in the city so I decided to give this Hera Beauty location a try. I’ve had great experience at one across town so I was completely appalled by the treatment I received at this one. The girls at the cash register were extremely rude. The first one I interacted with rolled her eyes at me when I asked her if there happened to be extra stock of a product in the back and said if it’s not on the shelf there’s none elsewhere before returning to chatting to her coworkers. As if this wasn’t enough, when I went to the register to pay after finding a suitable replacement on my own, I didn’t want to be checked out by the same girl who rolled her eyes at me so I waited for the other cashier to finish, and to my surprise she rolled her eyes at me too, assuming it was because I refused to be checked out by the girl who initially rolled her eyes at me because she was free. I don’t think any of us expect to have eyes rolled at us when going to a store to spend money. I’ll gladly spend the money to go across town than ever spend a coin at this place.

I love this place, I buy my oils here and always recommend people to get them there as well. I also bought my beads there even tho I didn’t use them, they have a variety of things.

Only supply store that closes at 9pm in Ottawa. It has everything you need. People are nice and prices are typical. They have a hair salon on the side which is nice for customers who may be doing a style and need to buy their supplies on site.

Good product, good stock, okay employees. I found that the younger ones are more helpful and knowledgeable on the products, so they get the star.But there is a strange looking lady with lashes at the front who appears to do nothing but be on her phone and look annoyed. I think she might be the owner's friend or family because I really can't see how she would pass a job interview. She is really inattentive, kind of rude (I am aware there might be a language barrier, but she is still rude despite this), and her poor customer service combined with her look really diminishes the appearance of the store. If you're a regular customer to this location, you know exactly who I'm talking about.

Always have the products that most places don't have. I am always happy to be back at a place that has products that I need in terms of emergency and a quick shopping (product organization is fantastic).Great Customer Service is given about the products. Always ask, and they will be ready to help you.

I received an amazing service from Valerie! She was so kind and helpful, she made my shopping experience so much better, I will for sure be coming back.

Love this store! Especially the lovely worker who helped me named Tamya.She was excellent when helping me find a product I was looking for.I never met someone so patient and nice.
