In July 2019 Tommy supported myself and my boyfriend in the purchasing of our first house. Tommy was extremely reliable and responsive throughout the whole process. It became very clear to us that Tommy truly wanted us to be happy throughout the entire process and at the end of it. We did not feel pressured to do anything that we were not comfortable with - he let every step in the process be our decision to make. Every showing, he came prepared with all the information about the house and surrounding neighbourhood and was always ready to take the necessary steps to acquire further information at our request. Being that this was our first experience buying a home, there were some unknowns and hesitations on our side as we weren't familiar with the process. We have been in our house for almost two years now and still pinch ourselves with how we got so lucky. We chose Tommy to sell our Birch Cliff home because of his knowledge of the area. We couldn't have been more happy. Tommy is incredibly hard working, devoted to your house sale and tells the truth. This was an incredibly emotional move for us (we moved across the country) and Tommy understood that. He was empathetic and so kind through the process. I can't stress enough HOW HARD he works.
