Not even a year later and the price for the piano that I purchased has gone down by $3000. Ironically a week after initial purchase I was sent a notification that the price had gone up to assure me I got a good price on the deal. Not a single offer for any sort of rebate from either Merriam or Roland… not impressed. I will NOT be purchasing a Roland or dealing here again.

We came in with a tight budget for a used grand. Don found us an older Heintzman with great potential but needing some work, and then restored it for us over two months. After a few cycles of trying the piano out and giving feedback, we are very happy to have found that potential and are enjoying the beautiful sound and fluid action. Thank you Don!

I have bought a used upright piano here recently. My experience has been great. There was no pressure to buy, no up-selling. We got exactly the piano that we were looking for. The price was reasonably and we even got a small discount (without asking for it!). Delivery was fast and went very smoothly despite a rather tricky staircase up to our apartment.

With high hopes I went to this store. Brian was helpful and showed me around as per my budget. I ended up buying a Casio digital piano from them, paying in full and was assured that it’s in stock and delivery should take only a couple of days. But it’s been two weeks and there is no estimated delivery date yet. The delivery company shows my package was picked a week back from warehouse, but Are clueless where is it now. If I was told about the delivery delays upfront I would have not ordered from them.For the same price i could have got from best buy or Amazon which have much better delivery service and notification systems. But now having paid at this shop in full, I am stuck.In short, if you are picking up a piano by yourself this shop is fine, but if you planning to use their delivery service. Better stay away. Use other online retailers. Very unreliable delivery service.Edit: after I called multiple times and post the above review. The store promptly reached out to me and the very next day the piano was delivered promptly.Edit: story of my piano woes didn’t end. Some keys In the piano were making rattling noise. I reached out to this stores service team and Kathryn was very efficient in connecting me to technician.Changing my review in light of all that transpired.

This place has a huge selection in price ranges to choose on. Brian is a a great guy who is knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped us find our white baby grand in the budget we had in mind. He kept me in mind and called me weeks after my visit to let me know there was piano in my budget and description. Free delivery and tuning included.

Excellent experience. We were served professionally by Don who shared his many years of piano knowledge with us and even after our selection made himself accessible by phone for our many questions. We had a variety of pianos to choose from and when we found the one" Don was able to accommodate our design preferences by turning a glossy piano into a matte black finish with his expert hand-finishing capabilities.
