I stumbled upon this place after my son begged me to have him join Basketball. All community centres were already in the middle of their season and not offering anything else. After googling and finding this place which was in the perfect location. I messaged them and with such respect and friendliness. They offered a spot and accommodated me. Today I went in and wow! Coaches are amazing, place is massive and clean and organized.Keith you made me feel at home and I saw how dedicated you and your partner were in helping all those boys! There is no doubt that Coach Gough knows basketball.he's not just a good basketball coach, but he's a great teacher. He makes it a point to explain the why" of the game and the purpose of drill. Players are able to think on the fly

We just had a birthday party with Kieth and he was phenomenal with a big group of of energy filled 7&8 year olds. He spent a great amount of time teaching them and playing ball with them. I recommend him for all your basketball skill learning needs and we will definitely be returning

Great group lessons offered for kids. I've noticed a lot of improvement in my son's basketball skills. He takes them through a lot of different drills.Highly recommend.

We decided to work with trainer Keith based on the recommendation from another parent with a goal to assist my son improve his basketball skills in order to remain in a competitive basketball program (U13). Thanks to training session with trainer Keith, my son had improved dramatically his basketball skills and his confidence. My son continues to work with Keith on a weekly basis during basketball season to reinforce existing skills and to build new ones; my son enjoys working with Keith.Keith is an amazing trainer and he presents kinds with wide range of basketball skill-developing practices. He is very approachable, friendly but also firm and able to motivate kids. Additionally, Keith is punctual, and he works very hard during training sessions.

My son has been training with Keith for a few months now and the sessions have really helped him improve his fundamental dribbling and shooting skills. Keith is a fantastic coach and motivator, always keeping the sessions fun but still intense.
