Very disrespectful, one guy was actually sleeping on the leather couch while his partnerslepted. People should be removed from the store if they can't control their kids and respectproducts. who in there right mind wants to 6 a chair couch or ottoman that someone has jumped on with 6 on

15 years I have been going to this place, definitely was run better under the previous owners. I won't go back anymore, alot of the product is fit for garbage and they charge sometimes the same or more than Costco. Drive to the one in Harriston, it's much better.

Buyer beware, just like some of the comments say.Purchased a blowup toy for the kids, was assured by one of the staff that everything was opened and tested prior to being re-packaged up. Also, it was advertised on their social media that they were opening all the toys up and testing them prior to selling.We are from out of town, so I put a little bit too much trust in what they were advertising and figured that I was safe, despite the dozens of final sale signs all over the store. It’s not so much the money, I purchased the product for cheap, it’s now the headache and hassle that I have to go through because I have four kids in the backyard waiting for the new toy I purchased.When I called and questioned about everything being tested, they said it should have been, “maybe the one I bought was missed” and all sales are final, not that I would have driven all the way back for a $50 product, but principle now. Staff‘s response is that I should have unrolled the hundred foot slip and slide in the middle of the parking lot (after they claimed their staff had already done it) to check myself for any pinholes. This store is filled with Costco returns, which are obviously returned for a reason, so do your due diligence.

Great deals at this place. I’ve only been once but I heard they restock weekly. I found some stuff were actually regular priced but the stuff we got were recently cheaper if we were to get them from somewhere else. I would visit again if it was closer to me.

Not sure who the new owner is…but leave your attitude at home…and selling some stuff as the regular price as Costco and the other half doesn’t work. The prices aren’t that great. The cashier was nice but the owner is the reason I won’t go back…. Back to Costco!! See you there

Mostly Costco liquidation items here such as shoes, clothing, appliances, gloves, food, chairs, other furniture, some exercise equipment. Some items aren’t discounted that much (the small things like the food) but some of the bigger priced items are decent deals. You are only allowed to shop for 30 minutes because they have a capacity and it is busy and there is a line of people waiting consistently it seems. Staff are nice. Some brand name stuff behind glass as well.

Ridiculous policy of no exchanges even when the store is completely at fault. Purchased KING size sheet set very end of day as lights turned off in store and people rushing to checkout. Asked at checkout if contents would all be there and it’s correct product in package. Was assured they double check everything. Got home and decided to ensure they fit my king mattress before washing. They didn’t. They are QUEEN! I don’t have a queen mattress. Store was now closed but opening again next morning at 11am. Called first thing to make sure they would exchange them as there was one more set in-store that I saw. Was told by manager cannot exchange. Said owner would be in touch. I asked if they’d just put the other set aside and I could come anytime to exchange for correct size (pending that one WAS NOT ALSO LABELLED INCORRECTLY). Told she cannot do that since store just opened and it’s too busy for her to go retrieve that set for me. She was very rude. Owner did not get in touch with me by two weeks later, so I emailed the store. Owner got back saying nothing can be done but perhaps I can put them for sale on marketplace. I cannot fathom how horrible this type of customer service is when the store made the error. In thinking more about it, realized they can easily write the higher value item on “anything” really in order to obtain a higher price and I believe that’s exactly what happened here (queen set versus king set which is quite a difference price wise). Scammers. Will never return there and have made sure to advise everyone I know in Wilmot area of my experience (who vow to never shop there again either). No one could even BELIEVE a store could get away with this. Low class. ALSO, Not impressed at all by the mess of the store and the amount of complete junk they are attempting to sell at high prices. Not worth the drive there.

ALERT! PLEASE CHECK your purchase even if box is sealed!! We bought 2 solar lights for $48.00. Box sealed till we got home and the lid of the one solar light, the wire was broken, not attached so unit wouldn’t work! Returned 2 days later and spoke with owner. He said not his problem, it’s mine. Basically he smiled and said sorry about your luck!!

Terrible experience, normally a nice place to visit. I purchased a heater for $20.00 left the store waited for my spouse to come out. She also decided to purchase a heater for $20.00 at the cash she was told they are no longer on sale even though the price on sticker said $20.00 they are now $75.00. She explained to cashier that I had just purchased one for that price, cashier took the $20.00 price tag off and said the said ended last weekend. When this was explained to me I went back in talk to who I was told was in charge and I was explained that sale ended price was now $75.00 I said to the lady you just cashed me out with the same heater for $20.00 now it’s $75.00!? I was told sometimes people change the stickers (she’s implying I did that) I said NO you already told me they were on sale for $20.00 last weekend you didn’t remove the price tags and now you won’t honour the price then accuse me of changing the price followed by “your got a good deal on that one” No I paid the price the store was asking. Extremely poor customer service over $20.00 I shop there a lot, almost every weekend I won’t be back!

Used to be betterBe careful, some items are actually priced higher than they are at Costco! If you don’t know your pricing you could be paying more. Clothing is cheap, but never sorted by size and in bins on the floor, always a mess. Not an ideal way to shop for clothing.
