I live outside of Georgetown and typically go to the Global Pet Foods in Brampton on Bovaird as it's on my way home from work. Today I was in Georgetown and need some of the special dog food my guys eat and thought I'd stop in and try the Global Pets on Guelph Street. Unfortunately it was a very disappointing and wasted trip. I went in and there was no one in the store other than the two woman working at the counter. Neither woman greeted me. I walked up and down the dog food aisle 3 times looking for the food I needed and at no time did either woman ask if I needed assistance etc. I don't expect to have staff falling all over me but to not utter a word is completely the worst customer service ever and is beyond rude. I couldn't find what I was looking for so I left, never being acknowledge by the staff here. I then drove into Brampton to the Global Pets (on Bovaird east of Mississauga, in the same plaza area as Fortino's) and bought my $100 worth of dog food there. I recommend anyone from Georgetown to take the extra 10 minutes and go up the road to that store opposed to the Georgetown one. Staff at that store are incredibly friendly and helpful, unlike the ignorant staff at this location.

I have never had an issue at this store. They always have my dog food and I like the free bag reward system

Nothing special than pet food in a way but had visited two stores and something different on the human factor, ppl would say they wont care is they find what they want at the right price, pay and do. To me (old school guy) still makes sense to go to a friendly place. Not tonsay the brand they carry are on too of quality ratings.

Only place we can get Patches Acana dog food. Also found a harness that fit him well after visiting 3 other places. Always friendly staff

Small store ,lots crammed in . Wanted to purchase Raw dog food and the saleperson told me honestly to go to petsmart . Shame that they only carry one of the more expensive raw foods out there .
