River Cree Resort and Casino

We went to see Wayne Newton one evening, and the tribute band Simply Queen another evening. For Wayne Newton, we were up in the balcony where we had our own bar and our own washrooms. Bar service was very slow and we ended up going to get our own drinks rather than wait for the single waitress that was working but other than that it was fantastic being up there.A friend of mine and I were in the VIP section for Simply Queen, and it was great! Definitely worth the extra money to be up close

The River Cree is an amazing place to visit. Staff is super friendly and the event was nice, the chairs were uncomfortable, the food was great. I would go back in a heart beat. If you have the chance go here and have fun, do it. There is lots to look at and lots to do. The atmosphere is busy busy busy.

The rooms were quite nice, equipped with smart TVs and daily room service. Hotel staff was always friendly. The location is nice and secluded. I really felt like I wasn't in the city while staying here.If I ever get another chance, I would love to stay here again.

Very clean and beautiful rooms, complementary water bottle, coffee or tea in the room.Room service is fast and food is great!The only issue I had was that I ordered rice on the side but the attendant misheard and sent fries instead. So, it will be a good idea to repeat and confirm the order before placing it.

Normally I'd leave a 1 or 2 star review for being awake most of the night however there are many positives to the hotel.Negatives: There's a 24hr Casino attached do the place is jumping. So if you are there to party, 100 percent recommend. If you want a solid night's sleep, stay away. On top of all the hotel room parties somebody pulled a fire alarm at 3am and we had to evacuate.Now for the positives as with the above I would have been gone immediately to another hotel but the positives outweighed the negatives.Positives: Great security that deal with noise complaints swiftly however it's like patching a boat with holes, too hard to keep up with the issues.Front desk staff and other staff absolutely amazing like Disney level customer service.Restaurants: Huge choice in a variety of restaurants. Our favorite was Italia.Entertainment: The Casino was fun along with many other events they host.Location: Next to a Costco and other restaurants. 10 min from West Ed Mall.

Spent two nights here with my wife. Overall we were very pleased with the property. The staff was very good in every interaction we had with them. Extremely pleasant and helpful. Food at the various restaurants was good. Priced well and 4 out of 5 for quality.Rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Walls a little thin as we could hear everything going on in neighbour's room. Only issues we had was the smoking area Embers was not clean anytime we were in there. Overflowing ashtrays and glasses all over. We chose to quit going in there.All in all a great trip.

After a very long day I really needed a good nights sleep and good hot shower. And did the Cree deliver that. The shower was prefect. So much I am looking for the shower head on Amazon lol. The rooms are nice and clean. Beds and pillows are very comfy. Staff here are always great. We also went down for breakfast and it is totally worth it. Everything is fresh and huge portions. This is a must stay place.

I didn’t stay here, but was here for a conference. The staff was extremely helpful, as we had to unload at the back and used one of their pallet jacks. Very happy staff and always asking if we needed a hand.The front door gentlemen are always right there to help get the doors and greet you with a smile!!Such a lovely place to be!

The lunch special I had was great, ribs with round sliced fries and coleslaw for $10. Great deal. The place was well staffed and clean. The server was pleasant and quick with the food, which literally took 2 mins. Just had to plate in the kitchen as ribs were ready to go. Coffee was good.

Very nice and beautiful interior and exterior, however I was not pleased with the rooms. I thought they were small and not very roomy. The beds were also lumpy. I did not feel comfortable being there. I also left a pair of shoes in the room. I called a couple hours after checking out and housekeeping said they could not find them. I also called the manager to ask him if he can help me get my shoes back. He never responded back to me. I didn’t appreciate that. I don’t think the quality of the rooms and beds are worth the money. It is a nice hotel with a casino and the staff is overall friendly, but you can get your moneys worth somewhere else.
