A&B has always served me with integrity. Jodie was super helpful over the phone when I called from the roadside. Got me in the same day to diagnose, and had my vehicle back by the next evening.There was a minor issue with the repair (it was a notoriously difficult part to get just right), they got it solved the same day. Unfortunately the part failed 8 months later (not A&B's fault), got the vehicle in and out the same day again. Most importantly, they stood behind their warranty!While the prices are average, definitely not the lowest, you're getting full value and then some. I haven't hesitated, and won't hesitate to use A&B in the future.

Very quick work. Did a great job and got me back on the road without feeling like I for the bad end of the stick. If you're in the unfortunate position to need someone like this, you should consider these guys.

A&B did a fantastic job fixing the transmission leaks on my 2003 chevy silverado 2500HD. Got recommended from JD Diesel in Abbotsford. They also let me know the rad was aftermarket and improperly sized, replaced it, and built a beautiful new mount for it. Absolutely amazing service, Carlos was fantastic to talk to. Very informative and willing to answer any questions without any bs. I would definitely recommend these guys if you have any vehicle issues. As for cost, very well priced. They say you get what you pay for and that's definitely not the case here. You get a lot more.10/10Thanks guys.

I'm not sure if it was the cheapest shop around, but they had my vehicle diagnosed, repaired and back on the road within a 4 day span which is incredible. We get the runaround with repair shops all the time and this was a pretty great experience to have them do what they said they were going to do. Highly recommend them and will return for future work.

From the second you pick up the phone to getting the keys to your car, you're met with professionalism, honesty, and kindness. I can't express enough how great of an experience it is to have your car serviced here.Service was performed ahead of schedule and they went above and beyond expectations. Shop rates are extremely reasonable and for the first time in a long time I left with a smile on my face.I can only speak to diagnostics services, but, I imagine that all other services they provide have the same level of customer service and quality.

Once again A&B did a great job. Easy booking with 1 phone call, brought my older GMC jimmy in for the appointment and got a call back within a couple hours saying it was ready. A simple transmission flush and the vehicle feels great and shifting gears much better. Of course this won't always be the case but they also explained that when I first booked. Honest, upfront and professional.Thanks to the whole team!

I brought my SUV here to have the rear differential looked at. They quoted me over $6000 to have it replaced (with a new diff). I took it to another shop for a second opinion. They replaced it for $2400 (with a used diff). The biggest difference in price was of course the used part compared to brand new, but the second shop quoted 5 less hours of labour and had a lower shop rate as well. The second shop notified me that my differential had been drained of all oil, the only way I think this could have happened was for A&B to have drained it and not replaced it. I'm lucky I made it to the second shop without needing a tow. I'd look elsewhere if needing work done on your vehicle.
