Mr. Lube + Tires

Very friendly! Offered coffee or water while I waited and was very efficient. You can tell they have a good team as they were all laughing and having a great conversation while working away in the heat. I go out of my way to come to this Mr. Lube and have always had a pleasant experience.

Cody was extremely helpful, friendly, and timely. He went over the top with his customer service and really took the time to explain everything. He is very passionate about what he does and it came through in our experience. Thank you Cody for being awesome!

The staff are always so knowledgeable and friendly. In the past I have even gone and they told me my car didn't need a service yet. I appreciate their honesty!

The store manager Dave assisted me today and he was top notch. He went over and above and I will definitely be back. His customer service skills are second to none. If you go to Mr. Lube and he’s there you’ll be well taken care of. Thank you again Dave!

I am regular customer of Mr lube. However I went to this store for the first time because there is trouble in one of my car tire and this store is on my way to work. They only took 10 minutes to find the problem and quickly fix the damaged valve. 10/10 to this Mr lube for their speed of service and hospitality. This is my first visit at this Mr lube but now onwards I will always prefer to go at this store because of their speed and their quality of service. Big thanks to the store manager and it’s team.

Great Service from the entire Highland location team. I went for a transmission fluid change approximately a month ago and they did a great job. There was a small issue with the amount of fluid put in but I called and they added the proper amount at no charge. Kevin Checked the levels and added some more fluid to the transmission and did a great job all around. 5 stars.

I’ve come coming to this Mr Lube periodically for years; the service has always been great. Today I went to have a headlight changed. The place was packed before close and of course one of the hottest days of the year. Dave the store manager quickly changed my light while all the bays were full. He could have let me wait and potentially not even get to me but he went above and beyond. He’s provided service you hope to get everywhere you go. I highly recommend going to this Mr Lube.

Was quick and friendly, I was offered water and coffee… problem I have is that the technician working in the pit did not installed proper the bottom cover, missed one bolt, I almost lost the cover. I went back and explained the issue, I was told to get the truck inside to fix it, I specifically asked to check all the bolts , was told was done and ok. I checked under the truck to see if ok and noticed the bolt was missing and tray was hanging on a tie wrap. Very disappointing, very unprofessional. The tie wrap was a quick fix , to push me out the door… later on would be my issue … Honest advice, avoid this place guys…If need pictures, let me know.

Today was my second visit to this location. Both times I was helped by Doug - who is fantastic!! He explained the processes very clearly to me, showed me how to properly check my oil levels, and went through various service options without being pushy or making me feel incompetent.I work in customer service, and both times I’ve been super impressed by his level of service and attention. Thanks Doug and team! I will be back for sure!

I got my rear right tire repaired at Mr. Lube in the morning. After work, I started waiting again from 6:45 pm for the wheel tightening and nut installation after driving 100 km. There were two cars in front of me in my turn. When it was my turn, they repaired the car from the other line before me and told me that it arrived before me. I was really disappointed.
