Came today for my annual eye check up. Been seeing Dr. Neumann for many years. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. Was in and out within 20 minutes. The staff at the front desk are very pleasant and welcoming.

FYI at 4549 Gordon Rd. In Regina gave me awesome service through out the whole process. From seeing an optometrist to picking out new glassesDana Edmonds the eyewear consultant went above and beyond to answer all my questions and help me pick out new glasses.I highly recommend going to FYI on Gordon road.Dana really knows her stuff !!

I highly recommend optometrist Dr. Jake Kelly. He is very nice and explains things very well.I highly recommend purchasing prescription glasses or sunglasses from FYI doctors as all of the staff are super helpful and friendly. The prices are very reasonable and comparable to other offices.I chose to buy glasses here as I see my optometrist at this location as well. All my eye care needs in one place.

The staff were superb. Doctor Hogan was incredible to deal with detailed and just all around very nice. The ladies that helped with the glasses were very kind and very accommodating. I would recommend FYI to anyone. Thank you very much.

They lost my 600 dollar plus glasses(which they offered new glasses at that price). Than made a mistake with my next appointment to rectify the situation. I had a spare set of glasses so i never came back until 2 years later. Now they refuse to provide service to me based on how I acted." Someone's feelings were hurt but no reason to deny me service. I never had a fight or argument with them at all they just told me we will not serve you because of the "way you acted." Not coming back to your business for 2 years isn't rude. WAKE UP!!!!"

We had a wonderful experience here today. All the ladies were very helpful and knowledgeable. Picked out awesome new frames. The ladies were very patient with us, super friendly and never lost their composure(even after baby had a freak out moment. I highly recommend visiting this location. Huge selection to choose from.
