Kelowna Denture Clinic

I was scheduled to have a partial denture fitted early in April (2020), this required a tooth extraction.Of course this was all postponed due to the COVID 19 situation.Unfortunately the tooth that was to be extracted broke off at the gum line and as it was a top front tooth gave me a COVID smile to go along with my COVID hair.I was able to get a dental appointment as soon as restrictions were reduced. Stacey had my partial denture that needed to be finished off.Stacey went way beyond my expectations to complete the denture and deliver it to my dentist on the day of my appointment.The partial fit perfectly and has restored my smile.This is my second experience with the Kelowna Denture Clinic, both involved partial dentures.I highly recommend Stacey and her team for your denture needs.Thank-you so much for doing all that you did.

My Grandma recently went to Kelowna Denture Clinic to get a full upper and a partial lower denture made. She came out of the experience all smiles. Stacey and the rest of the staff were exceptionally accomodating, friendly and knowledgeable. She described the process as more comfortable and with less adjustments than what she has been through in the past. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my Grandma, she would recommend your clinic to anyone looking for a positive denture experience.

I was very Happy with my first experience at Kelowna Denture. Stacy and all the other friendly staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs and saved me an extra trip over to Kelowna. I appreciate the attitude to provide quality and professional service which was very noticeable in my experience as well as the knowledgeable and competent care I received from Stacy. Thank You

The folks here are incredible! Im from out of town and my top plate cracked, not good. I called them up after being turned down at other clinics and not only did they agree to help the very next day but the lively lady even showed up early, before they opened, to meet me so I wouldnt miss any work but she also had the repair done in less than three hours and ready for pick up. Killer service! Super lovely staff! The only down side is all the covid related nonsense but thats not their fault.Highly highly recommend.

Stacey is wonderful, however, due to some personal difficulties and a lack of communication during covid 19, I had to get treated by another clinic. Stacey did a great job making me feel comfortable, upon hearing of my displeasure that the dentures I recieved were not what I wanted, she offered to redo them which I didnt expect. Her professionalism and tollerance of my high expectations was above and beyond. I regret not being able to complete my treatment. Still 5 star service despite the circumstances.

Stacy and staff at Kelowna Denture Clinic was the most caring kind inconsiderate that I have ever dealt with. They went out of their way to make sure that we could get you in on the time that best suited us went out of their way to make sure that my son could have everything on time even though it was most inconvenient. I would recommend no other company for dentures and now I'm going to be getting my dentures done thru Kelowna denture.
