Very rude, dishonest the worst customer representatives, changing the amount and charging you more and not disclosing, also they called us whatever you could imagine, I had a cis car already and never be back at location. Horrible

The worst customer service ever. They are extremely racist to black people. If you are black and deciding to rent from here. You should think twice. They offered me a banana and started laughing at me becuz I returned my cars 30 mins late. I requested if they can waive the late fees. They said, they couldn't. So when I got home and told my wife about what happened. She pointed out that they are tying to call me a monkey. Extremely racist people!!!!!! I will never rent from here again!!!

Extremly horrible staff. An Asian gentleman wearing a Budget shirt went out to inspect the vehicle and he pointed out a few very minor scratches to use against me and only because they knew I didn't have the damage protection through Avis. Then another gentleman went out to inspect the vehicle again and ignores those scratches and points out a scrape mark near the bottom lip of the vehicle to use against me. The scrape could of easily been there and I could've missed it upon inspection when I went to pick up the vehicle. The car was returned in perfect condition internally and externally and I own up to my mistakes but I feel like this is completely unfair and taken advantage of. DO NOT ever deal with this location!!!

I could have given negative points if possible. Highly unprofessional staff. When i went to pick up the vehicle, during inspection the guy was missing out on so many scratches and scrapes which i pointed out for him to mark.. there was one major scrape which he pointed out to me. I thought he would have marked it on the slip. While signing, i didn’t pay attention if he had marked it or not. At the time of return obviously he wouldn’t accept it. Instead he started to behave entirely unprofessionally. Most likely all this is because I didn’t take the loss damage waiver from them. To anyone who is thinking to rent a car from them, you have to be very careful as the staff is highly unprofessional and dishonest!

Had an amazing experience renting a car at this location. The service was awesome and they really go above and beyond to help their clients! I had paid for a Volkswagen Golf but they had run out so they offered me Dodge Challenger for the same price! I had the best road trip ever!

They are extremely dishonest and deceiving. They will try everything to ensure that you endup paying more while returning the car, either its damage to the car or additional fuel charges. Only rent from this location if no other options are available.

The customer service is satisfactory. There is a man behind the desk who is really friendly and another man who seemed a bit grumpy. Not a big deal. The cars are consistently fine and the hours are really convenient. Decent prices if you book online ahead of time.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Representatives are very rude. First i was charged extra when I got my invoice saying the gas was not full when I returned. Second time I was asked to go and refuel the car even though the fuel meter was showing full.I was told not to rent again ever if I had a bad experience and they were fine losing the customer. They said and I quote “We don’t care if you never rent with us, there are other Avis locations where you can rent from”.The attached picture of fuel meter is when I returned the car before I was asked to refuel the car. I don’t know what full meter reading is if this is not full.

I called because I wanted to book a car which I can't do if I don't have a credit card in my name. I don't have any issue with that, it's pretty standard. I did have a couple questions about the ins and outs but I was planning on getting my boyfriend to make the reservation since he has a credit card. The person on the other end was bored, barely helpful and then hung up on me before I could pass the phone over to book the reservation. Customer service is abysmal, definitely going somewhere else.

Dishonest and unprofessionallet me begin with my personal experience renting cars weekly and from this location at Victoria Park and O'connor.most rental companies have different type of vehicles; compact/ economy/ suv..etci rented a economy, which would be any four door car with a trunk. when i arrived there they gave me a chevrolet spark, which is a company car since it doesnt have a rear trunk. the guy working there told me that weather you rent economy or compact you pay the same price.which does not make sense, anyone who is renting a compact car, means they will be paying for economy price. doesnt matter if its a $4-10 dollar difference its still robbery.i called the next day asking if i can get another car because i needed a trunk for my stuff and enough space for my passengers. long story short i was able to switch without paying a higher price.now i fully understand that when you bring the car back you have to bring it back with the same amount of fuel. from the time i drove from my house to the rental company the car used about 1.3 litres of gas MAX, i didnt fill it up because right before i dropped it off the gas tank was still full. they ended up charging me $22!!! to fill the tank. let me make this clear, it'll take 40 buck to fill the tank of this car and they are charging me $22 for .......?i felt like they were being extremely dishonest and tried to rob my right in front my face about what they charge. he even said well the price includes the time it takes to put it into the system. i answered it took you 1min28 sec, how much labor is that??anyway, anyone looking to rent from here, please make sure you ask the right questions, and find out what your total cost will before you leave + taxes cause they slip that in after you return the car. weather you rent from instore or from a second party website make sure these people dont walk over you with their BS.
