First time I visited the american store, I was in love with the service and products. So happy they have a location in Canada now. I bought a drill bit set and Quincy was amazingly helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, my first time using it, the drill bit broke due to manufacturer issues. Quincy was quick on replying to emails and told me to go into store and take care of my issues even though it was past my 30 day warranty policy. He exchanged it for me with no questions asked and understood my issue with the product. Will definitely keep coming back as this company takes care of their clients a watches out for their products quality.I will be sure to tell all my friends about this amazing business.Thank you Direct Tools Canada!

Something wrong with the company on how they do the advertisement. They post on Facebook for all promotion, but never say what is on sale. When calling store for details, basically no one answer the phone because they only have two people working.

Really helpful staff, that were super knowledgeable and patient! Definitely more enjoyable then shopping at a big box store for equivalent Ryobi and Rigid tools.

This is my second time shopping at Direct Tools Canada after seeing their Instagram posts for promotion over the past weekend. I purchased the blemished Ryobi stick vacuum and received a 30% off discount. I was greeted by Allie (spelling?) when I walked into the store. She explained to me the current discounts and where the vacuum is located. I asked a few questions and she was very helpful and answered them. I would recommend anyone looking for tools to check this place out before going to the big box store.

They have every Ryobi tool and much more! Great prices too, started myself off with some things to replace my old tired DeWalt stuff.

Absolutely amazing place, spectacular deals, great management and staff. I have visited their US locations and used to live close to TTI's US headquarters in Anderson, SC. I must say the staff/management here go above and beyond in comparison. Also, the deals are just as good, if not better, compared to the US offerings. So glad they opened shop in Canada. If you're in western New York or Buffalo this location is closer than the one in Pittsburgh. I got into the Ryobi 40V line thanks to the awesome deals they had during Black Friday. Now if they started offering Milwaukee M18/M12 tools that would be the ultimate cherry on top! I doubt TTI will discount it's golden goose brand though!

Great selection of Ryobi and Rigid tools. Very nice and helpful staff.

The people were great. Each employee, came to see if I needed any assistance. The prices were very reasonable. Some better than 50% off retail. They had a good special going as well. I spent less than 340.00 on three items that would have been 600.00in store. I just wish it was closer. But it was worth the 3 hrs driving round trip.
