Intelcom is the best delivery service I have experienced. I have nothing but good things to say about them, they are always on time or earlier than expected and unlike Canada Post, Fed Ex or Purolator, none of my deliveries appear to have been opened or damaged before I get them, that's really important to anyone depending on a delivery service, that they aren't going through your stuff. It has never happened with intelcom, so they're the Best

Quick and easy. Driver saw I was on the phone, so he just left my package in the mail box and went on his way. Picked up the package once finished. It arrived pretty much the time the email said it would to.

Non-accountable for actions. Had a driver run over a landscape light, I sent in a video of the incident from my security camera. Got a response that they will get back to me once they look into it. Sixty days goes by, I follow up, nothing in reponse. Here we are another sixty days down the road and nothing from them. You should avoid using them whenever possible.

Love love love Intelcom. They almost always get the delivery there the day they say and when they don’t it’s for a decent reason. Their drivers are friendly and helpful. I live in a rural area where we don’t get every regular delivery company like in the city but we get a few. Intelcom is my fav!

Fast wonderful deliveries come back ❣ They make it worth buying on line ❣ the colors is vibrant as they showed and it's stunning.I love my sheets it's exactly what I was looking for thank you for such great service. I buy everything from grocery to towels to toilet paper microwave stand to bathroom stand and Five tier stand on rollers to indoor outdoor carpet, duvets, blankets, pillowcases, grocery carts. I don’t think there’s anything that I haven’t bought. Even face products and jewelry even.

On this occasion, I was very pleased with my Intelcom delivery experience. The driver initially left the parcels just outside the front door, and rang the bell to alert me to their arrival. But when he saw that I am disabled, and I was struggling to pick up the parcels, he hurried back from his vehicle, and put the parcels inside for me. That was a truly gentlemanly act, and I sincerely hope that this driver receives some kind of reward for his thoughtfulness.

Just called Amazon to deprioritize this company from my list. They are always many days late. Any other company is better than Intelcom. I suggest everybody call their sellers and remove Intelcom as an option on their account.
