THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SCREWED UP ON THE COUNTERTOP FOR MY CLIENT AND WOULDN’T OWN UP THAT THEY MESSED UP. BUT BLAMED IT ON THE CABINET INSTALLER. YET THEY TOOK A TEMPLATE SO THEY WOULD HAVE NOTICED A PROBLEM IF THERE WAS ONE.THEY OVER CHARGED MY CLIENT BECAUSE SHES 76 YEARS OLD. THEY LIKE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF RIPPING THESE PEOPLE OFF.

BEWARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHADY. DONT TRUST THEM.My Contractor received a price for the stone we ordered. Only to find out later they asked to jack up the price 50% and pretend they could not find the stone as an excuse.My contractor called around, found the stone themselves and they got mad they were exposed! Very unprofessional, and get this, they even asked for payment BEFORE stone was received.I believe the guys name was AMIR... asked around and NO reputable companies deal with Caspian Stonework.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEADACHE AND GO ELSEHWHERE. TRUST US, worst experience you could ever ask for your money. All the negative reviews are right. This company will go out of business one day!

Caspian installed Caesarstone countertop in our kitchen. The countertop was not installed as per manufacturer specifications and it started to get chips. We notified Caspian and they refused to fix the problem. We contacted Caesarstone. The Caesarstone rep told Caspian to fix the problem, but Caspian refused. Caspian has continued to refuse to support their installation. Our countertop now has countless chips. Do not trust Caspian to stand by their work.

We couldn't have been happier with Caspian's workmanship and time accommodation for our kitchen porcelain backsplash.They were totally reliable and detail oriented. Their timing was extremely fair and worked with our schedule.We had a specific pattern placement in mind, sent them a layout and they were upfront with possible challenges. This allowed us to make slight changes and and they delivered it beautifully!!Everyone we interacted with was so very personable and their prices were lower than their competitors.We won't hesitate to use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for wonderful customer service and professionalism.

We experienced the highest level of customer service from Caspian Stonework. They have a beautiful showroom with an abundance of countertop materials to choose from. All communication was prompt and we are very happy with the results. Highly recommended!
