Professional and fast and a great price. They came when they said they would and had my washer torn apart and had the problem figured out in 5 mins. I was given a price to repair and he even had the parts in his van to complete the repair. Anyone with kids knows how horrible it is to be without a washer but thankfully he was able to repair it in a short time.Highly recommended and I would call them again in a heart beat.

this fellow is awesome. he provides prompt service, and he actually shows up when he says he will. he is so knowledgeable and efficient. i have been using his company for 20 years, and i would never use anyone else. he prices fairly, and i would never doubt his integrity. i (selfishly) hope he never retires!

Very pleased with the service received. Arrived within 20 minutes (yes he was close by) quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me two options; new part, or he could solder and fix the existing part as best he could, but wouldn't guarantee the service life. Since his repair was 2 hours of labour and the new part was a one week wait for $350...I chose the repair. He was fast, efficient, and did a great job. Very pleased. Was NOT the cheapest guy in town, but DEFINITELY best value. I'll pay a premium for this kind of service every time, over and over again.If you need help - phone COSMOS Appliance Service!

We called this morning because our washing machine wouldn't turn on. He was so kind and had us first try unplugging for 30 minutes then plugging back in - and it worked! So honest! He could've come out and done that himself and charged us, but didn't! We def have found our new appliance repair place!

I had a leaking washing machine and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue. It needed a new drum bushing, belt, and to be re-sealed. He gave us knowledgeable opinions on repairing vs replacing with no pressure one way or the other. Very professional work and would recommend to others.
