We called to order pizza from the menu but we’re told they were missing an ingredient so couldn’t make that particular pizza. There was some disappointment and we felt that they should be prepared to cook anything they show on their menu. The young lady told us what pizza’s were available which was just a description of each and I appreciated that, but would have been better if she just referred to the names as shown in the menu to avoid taking so much time in describing. I ordered a simple pepperoni Roman style ( thicker crust) for a specific time and when we arrived the wrong time had been recorded by an hour. They made our pizza on the spot which was great and it was very good and a great price. The crust is very good with just enough salt and chew. Their desserts are delicious. The lemon cookies are amazing and the raspberry tarts are adorable & delicious. They could be a bit more organized in the front but with time I’m sure that can improve. The folks there are friendly and courteous.

Delicious pizzas! We tried 2 styles (Roman & NY-style) and both were amazing. We ordered both of them half-meat and half-vegetarian, which they executed super well.The vegetarian half of the Roman style pizza (which was burrata) was my standout favourite.Also tried the cannolis — not too sweet, which was great to find!

Simple and beautiful. Great place, the food is fantastic, they really want to look after you. I absolutely love it. Incredible pizza and sandwiches, the pastries are wonderful. Get an espresso, enjoy yourself

Love the treats! Freshest I have ever had this side of the pond. Pricing is fair. I would definitely pay a little extra knowing that they are made fresh with high quality ingredients. Can't wait to come back and order a giant slab of pizza. I hope when the weather gets warmer, they can have a small patio with a few chairs and tables outside just like in Europe. That would be truely amazing.

I was pretty disappointed with my visit here, seeing this on Instagram I was so excited to try it!The biggest let down is the staff, they were not friendly at all - it seemed ordering and paying for food was a huge inconvenience for them. I would be cautious ordering any food onto of the glass case, I saw some other customer practically breathing on it when I was waiting in line - this does raise some red flags from a health perspective (you can see in my photo the food on top - unprotected).I only had a sandwich, which I found to be overly greasy and I did not feel great after eating it, perhaps because it was sitting there for a while unrefrigerated.Overall I might come back to try the pizza or baked goods if the service is friendlier.

Ordered the day before, it was ready on time and staff were polite at pickup. The pizza is great! The store is beautiful inside. Also had the Nutella pastry, delicious! Thanks for opening up just down the street.

Woooow. Want some food that hits the spot? This is the place! We had prosciutto sandwiches which were so delicious, so much flavour, so much freshness. We also got two desserts that were so good I only got a picture of half of them. Will definitely be coming back to try lots of other things. Thank you!
