My experience with Ford Milton was great. They found the vehicle I wanted in short notice and the process was seamless. Anil and Rohan were very helpful and knowledgeable with my purchase.

I was at Milton Ford for the first time for an oil change. The service employee told me it would take 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. I was there for four hours. I talk to the manager and he told me that they were busy and he described it like when you go on vacation and the flight is delayed. That will be the first and last time I’ll go there again. I’ve talked to a few people and they say the same thing. I hope for their sake they can improve their service and the way they talk to Client.

Overall very happy with the service provided and the staff working were very welcoming and easy to talk to. I appreciate the help from Riaz Khan the sales consultant. Great customer service and look forward to doing business in the future. Thank you!

I was passing through Milton in my Ford F150 when I got the alert on the dash that a tire was losing pressure. I called Milton Ford & Cliff picked pick up, I told him my story he mentioned that the service department is closed on Saturdays however he may have a mechanic around back working on something that he could ask & call me back. I got a call back from Cliff within 5 mins & was welcomed to come on by. Within the hour I was back on road, great customer service! Thanks Cliff & Dewey!!
