tri-county septic

I received the worst service I have ever gotten in my life. I had him come out to empty our septic tank. They had trouble locating the cap and asked to get into the basement. When I let him in to see who had done it in the past he began calling the other company names. After a few more minutes he demanded that I call the other company. As I was on the phone and it was ringing, I asked him why he needed me to call. As he walked away he stated that I needed to have someone pump my septic. He left me with a giant hole in my yard and a tank that still needed to be pumped. We called to ask him to fill the hole and he refused and hung up on my husband. I would never recommend this man to anyone. Worst customer service and most unprofessional company I have ever experienced.

This guy (John) is a clown. Unprofessional and will try and rip you off. Told me I needed a new septic system so I had two other companies inspect it to find out he is a liar and potential thief.

John (owner) is very professional and did an excellent job cleaning and pumping the septic tank and pump tank. He answered all my questions and his price was very fair. I would definitely use his services again.

These guys were great, answered all my questions. They are rochester fire fighters. Cost less than some. Charged me 240 for pumping out my tank. I will be referring them when possible. Quick and efficient.

This company was awesome. They arrived 25 minutes early (which I like). Our house needed a septic tank inspection and a cleaning because we are in the processes of selling it. The two men that came here were wonderful and informative. Very fair priced for the amount of work they did. Then even filled in the holes that they dug (which I was not expecting). I would definitely use them again in the future.

We had new leach lines and distribution box installed by them and now everytime it rains or the snow melts we cant use our 1st floor bathroom, was standing there when he ran the perc test and told me it's barely passing. So let's waste money not doing it correctly, thanks

Top notch service !!

Not only did they show up on time, but EARLY (how rare is that!), very pleasant to deal with, they were quick and courteous, and minimal disturbance of my lawn. They did need to get into the basement to get an idea of where the tank might be, but that's fairly normal in my experience.Would highly recommend!
