Sandra and her team are amazing. We feel at ease knowing our animals care is in their hands. Sandra has always gone above and beyond as has Sarah, Kim and the rest of the team. When our cat was on his last legs unexpectedly, they got us in right away. When our dog tore her ccl we were seen right away and referred to the necessary dr as quickly as possible. The team is empathetic,caring and accommodating and we have nothing but thanks and appreciation for all that they do.

We have had animals for over 30 years . As any pet owner understands, veterinary services are not cheap. Avon Pet Hospital is not an exception.Expensive in our view, however , the staff are friendly, prompt & courteous. The health of our two older dogs & 1 cat were explained in detail after their examination. In a clear language that was understood.What is most important to our family when our pets need help: does the care provider have sincere interest in what they do & do we have trust in them.Yes & Yes!

The Vet is a great lady and all the girls there are very sweet. This place shows that they care about their patients and gives the best care possible.

All around great experience. Our new kitten started throwing up in the night, called next morning and was able to get him in that day. Very thankful to the team there doing a great job and keeping our little furry family member healthy! Best vet I've been to in a very long time.

In the past we had taken our dog to the Avon Pet Hospital and they were helpful and polite. Today we called about a last minute euthanization for our dog who suddenly took a turn and they only had one time and expressed that they would call if an earlier time would be available. Perhaps we should not have assumed a final confirmation of the initial booking, however the next call we received was long after our dog had passed and it was then that we were informed of a $56.00 no show fee. The issue is not the fee, but the fact that we were not informed there would be a no-show fee. Especially under the circumstances.Once again, polite people, but this circumstance should come with a little more communication and information.

This vet office will not accept new patients and the receptionist is extremely rude/oversteps.I called this office this morning to inquire about booking an appointment for my dog with an ear infection. A woman answered the phone and I explained why I was calling. I asked about appointments and she asked me if I had another vet office I take my dog to. I answered yes (hesitantly because i did not see the relevance in the question) and she very rudely asked me why I wasn't taking my pet there instead. I told her that I did not feel that was relevant and again asked about an appointment. She became even more rude and demanded to know why I wasnt going to my own vet". I AGAIN asked about an appointment but she would not let it go and continued to badger me about it.I have dealt with dozens of vet offices in my lifetime (over 20 years of taking my animals in to various clinics around Southern Ontario) and I have NEVER dealt with a RECEPTIONIST who was so smug and so condescending about demanding information she has no right to. There are dozens of reasons why I might be wanting to book in at another clinic. My vet could be full

Fabulous, our vet was out of a prescription food and we were able to get it there and they held it for us. They just called the vet to confirm the prescription. Saved us a trip out of town.

The prices are cheap and they saw my cat really fast same day as call in, best price in town for examination

Dr Sandra and her staff are just amazing.Garry makes the waiting area so much nicer
