Wewere very satisfied with the service from Mobility Equipment Services in Leduc.. They came promptly and picked up the scooter, took it to their shop for a checkup and brought it back the same day. They were thorough and courteous. We would highly recommend this company.

I have a scooter and was happy to see Phil and his wife Shannon opening up a mobility equipment services at the time i met them. I found them to be a young family friendly, knowledgeable with reliable technicians who will go to extra lengths to help you get what need. Your just what we need here in town with us ageing baby boomers buying scooters etc. we can go on the path ways and enjoy nature at a much slower pace. BEST OF LUCK ON YOUR BUSINESS.

The team at Mobility Equipment is amazing! They are knowledgeable and I love the family atmosphere, I felt at home in the store.I had a last minute rental request for my family holiday; the team was very accommodating.

I recently met Phil and Amanda, and used their services; Phil did excellent work on my manual wheelchair and even provides in home service. This is especially wonderful during the winter months. I really enjoyed the fact that they were a small, locally owned company. I have sold 2 items since last year through this company. The owners are wonderful to deal with, and very knowlegable. I would use their consignment service again, and would recommend them if you have a mobility device to sell.

What can I say.... I don't even know where to start. First off the service here was beyond fantastic. Phil one of the owners wentout of his way to fit and help my 90 year old dad with a in home mobility.Phil heard everything my Dad wanted and needed, which in its self is rare to find now a days. I was just so impressed with the fact that my Dad was being heard. The best part was he delivered on it and it did not take a mo or two in fact in left us with a scooter until in got my Dad the right one and that was 5 days later..Both my Dad and I where shock, early this year we got a outdoor scooter and that took 3 mos to get... After this experience we would never go to any other place..we where also please to find out he does servicing too and actually relieved as we both now know we are in good hands with Phil and Mobility Equipment and Services..Thanks for everything Phil really you are our Hero

We drove a hour to mobility equipment services we met Phil there on a Saturday he was great he showed us exactly what we were looking for and he explained to use how the roller ramp works and the benefits of it compared to the other ramps / also when we got there I blew a tire on my wheelchair he offered to fix it right away We would highly recommend them for any of your Mobility equipment needs we will be back for sureThank you Phil you were great loved dealing with youDarcyFrom reddeer

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company! After my boyfriend called in and spoke with Phil (one of the owners) about getting an Airboot for my fracture, we were immediately put at ease. Phil was incredibly personable and knowledgeable about the equipment they provide, and he made us feel like we were in good hands from the very beginning.Even though I had to make the trip from St. Albert to Leduc to get the Airboot, it was 100% worth it. The high-quality products and the expertise of the staff make this local family-owned business a real gem. Phil made the entire situation so much easier for me and has definitely earned a future customer if we ever need their services again.
