I would not hire Nikki Lafferty. Subsequent to the sale of a deceased relative’s home we found out that that she had lied during the critical final negotiation process between two potential buyers’ agents. Specifically (and I have this on record in a written communication from her) she stated:“That's why I was 10 phone calls back and forth trying to work out both agents before the first offer expired.”After the transaction was done the buyer’s agent informed us that she had actually not had one phone conversation with Nikki (I also have this on record). Certainly finding out that Nikki lied to us was upsetting however we are sharing this information in the hope that it will help someone else make a more informed decision given our negative experience with her. Had the buyer’s agent notmentioned it, we would have never known about the lie she told.

It was a pleasure to work with Nikki on the sale of our two lots. From the outset she was professional, responsive and quick to answer our many questions. Her extensive contacts made the sale a breeze and it was completed in a very short time. Our meetings were always worked around our schedule which was no small feat given how many clients she has. We always felt that we were Nikki's top priority. We would not hesitate to work with Nikki again and look forward to doing so.
