Avoid this place at all cost!!! Waited almost 20 minutes for mild chicken, and the manager himself purposely mixed spicy in there. Only found out once home, and both tasted so dry and disgusting. These Indian business owners/employees are really ruining these franchises, and I’m speaking this as immigrant myself. The lack of work ethics and integrity is astonishing!

Great location. Good service and awesome owner. I come here very often and don't leave disappointed. The quality of food here is always better than what I normally find at other Popeyes locations. The employees are also always behaving professionally and are both helpful and accommodating. While dining in at this location, I find that it's very clean.

Chicken and tenders are good !! Usually had good experience but so sorry to tell , I walk in to store and ordered. Found hair in ghost pepper wings !! They were kind to replace it but customer service is becoming very bad in this store ! No napkins and customer service person is rude and not friendly. And took around 30-45 mins !!!

Located on Simcoe Street this Popeyes location is walking distance to the University Campus. It has plenty of seating and restrooms however parking is limited and shared with the other unit/condo owners.Staff is friendly and the menu is exactly what you'd expect from your favourite chicken shop. Overall this is one of the nicer Popeyes as it's new and the staff is great

Avoid at all costs. Under staffed. Almost never picks up phone, if do pick up will put u in hold and forgot about it. They are overwhelmed with orders from Durham College students, they simply do not care what they are cooking. The chickens are either under or over cooked. Often time we found they were using burnt oil. They simply do not have the capacity to provide a good service or good food. They mixed up my orders too many time. Last time i called was put on hold, and the server simply forgot i was on the line. I cut the call and dialed again and the line was simply put on disconnected mode. Popeyes management should take notice and cancel this franchise owner's license. They r simply not hiring and cutting corners everywhere. Terrible experience. Use it as last resort option. We had no options as they are halal and we have a special need kid who only eats popeyes chicken.

If you are in hurry or hungry during rush hours Do not order online using their app. I ordered online at 9:30 PM and got it ready at 10:09PM. Walkin order takes less wait time.Food was good.

Best place I found to have a good meal since months I came to Canada. Everything is so fresh here. The taste n quality pulls me again n again to have a meal which is way far better than any other fast food courts and at reasonable price. Apart from quality of food there’s something else which I considered really appreciating that staff over here are welcoming with positive vibes.
