Kate Spade Outlet

I could not decide what to buy from this store :)) I wanted just everything. Most of the brand's products are available here, including jewellery, bags, and dresses. I really enjoyed my time there and the staff were very nice and helpful.

My friend got around 200 to 300$ purse, she didn't use until after 30 days when she realized that the zipper is not working! Kate Spade zipper not working is just like a cheap purse. My friend tried to return , they refused becuase it is after 30 days and they said nothing wrong with the purse after they tried to fix it with thier hands, shame on you Kate spade accepting this kind of horrible customer services!!!! No money back, no exchange and broken zipper Kate Spade purse.. when you pay a good money for a good brand you would think that customer service would be better..I DO NOT RECOMMEND KATE SPADE OUTLETS RICHMOND

I bought the bags from you so many times buy they never sent me email receipt (got only advertisement). They gave me a paper receipt. Now I have a problem with the bag and I want to change but I throw my receipt away for a long time ago. It might be my fault that I have no receipt so they can't do anything but whom should take care about this. The bag hasn't been quality checked at all!! so dissappoint. The bag holder is not in the right way. It should be flip as you can see in the picture and it can't close or have to squeeze so hard. Even though I have no receipt but it obviously seen that it is belongs to Kate spade brand. At least should give me advise to do sth?!

I love Kate Sapde and have been a customer for many years. I got a Kate Spade purse as a gift and I went to exchange it as it wasn't something I would normally choose. Nope they will assume you stole it as you don't have a receipt, they will do nothing. I can't support businesses where customer service means nothing and greed and profit are the heart of the business. I was told since it was purchased in the States they will be able to do something. So when I sent to the Tulalip outlet store I tried to exchange it there and exact same scenario. So disappointed in businesses where customer service is non-existent!

Wonderful selection. Store is beautifully laid out. Pretty store front in the designer outlets near airport. Lots of parking.

Beautiful store. I'm always interested in seeing the new collaborations that they do with other companies like Disney. The prices are quite good and the place is very clean as well as well it. Staff is quite helpful and knowledgeable about items.

I came in and there was no greeting from any sale associate on the floor to me or at the door, all I got was a male sales associate following me. He did not ask me if I needed help, it made me feel like I was getting followed. I was interested in the love shack heart bags (which I own 2 already, but there were new colours), but I had enough of the sales associate thinking I was stealing and making me uncomfortable so I left the store. When I exited the store, I made a call to the store to speak to a manager because I do not like confrontation, and when I told her the situation, she shrugged it off like it’s nothing. Highly disappointed with how everything went down, and it doesn’t make me want to go back til their sales associates are properly trained in lost prevention.

If you have ever been to an exclusive Designer Outlet like Cabazon in the Palm Springs Area, you get it. The large selection of Top-tier designer brands and uniquely fashioned items, accessories and jewelery make a visit to Kate Spade a thrifty experience.

We purchased two bags from Kate Spade. Fab deals was going on last month. My wife is enjoying her Sling and Tote with wallet. Good for her. Be careful if you re not in money spending mood stay away from Sales Advisor they are pushy. I believe which is ok for thier living, targets and individual sales. But if you are not ready to spend dont get carried on.
