Rude woman working this Friday evening, overly paranoid about covid, when I was the one of the only customers in the store. I sprayed a perfume to smell and she panicked that I cannot touch anything. Terrible shopping experience, if you treat customers like this, you can't expect to be in business much longer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I love The Body Shop, However everytime I go into this location employees do not greet or approach whatsoever. Especially this past weekend, there were 5 people working and I was looking for foundation. They were all gathered at the till talking and I wasnt once approached. Due to this I did not/will not buy anything and took my business elsewhere. Disapointed with the service here.

This location has really polite staff. Some are a bit hyper and will talk really fast making it a bit overwhelming to listen to their promos and how it works out. But there’s more than enough signage to figure it out for the most part on your own.There isn’t much relations to their website. They won’t tell you about sales on the web. Even if it’s exactly what you’re looking for. For example. If you wanted 3 body butters at the standard promo of like buy 2 get 3 or buy 2 get 3rd 20% off. They won’t tell you. Instead they will tell you about a trio combo of soaps and creams that is on promotion that happens to include the butter you were wanting.My recommendation is to do your own research. Before coming to the store. Shop online. Then come in store. See what’s offered. Then checkout online or in store or both. To get best deal$35 for 1 gel, one scrub and one butter (in store promo)($22 for the butter)$22 a butter, buy 2 get 3rd at 20% off (online)I had a $10 coupon, and 20% off is $13 so I saved $23 so it worked out to buy “2” get 3rd free. And it still qualifies for free shipping. I got exactly what I wanted. For just $42 ($7 difference and I didn’t have to get shower gel and a scrub that I never really wanted)Do some searching before shopping in store. Online deals are better because they want you to buy more

It is NOT legislation! Please do NOT use the word Legislation to demand children wear masks in your store!!Legislation means LAW. It CERTAINLY is NOT LAW for a 5 year old child to wear a mask.Up to and including September 13, the Province of BC has not made it MANDATORY for a child to wear a mask in a store.Not only were you misinformed/misguided, you were confrontational and rude - and you were making up LAW !I was wearing a mask, my child with a disability WAS NOT. I explained to you that HE WILL NOT WEAR A MASK - so you made up a LAW!!Children not wearing masks are NOT the reason behind COVID spread - people in your cohort are ! young adults" having parties and congregating at the beach/house party/mall in large numbers without social distance or masks are the problem.I do not need to shop at your store."

Very disappointed. I placed a collect and pick up order and to make sure it was there I went into the store first. The nice salesman saw that it was the only left so he put it aside for me so when my order came in it would be there. On December 23rd I went to go pick it up only to find out they were not able to fill the order and it was canceled because they were out Despite the item being on hold for me I was told there was nothing they could do and if I still wanted it I would have to pay full price which was almost double. So December 23rd at around 4:30,when everything is sold out, I was forced to run around go find another gift because they refused to honor the sale.

I love their products I get a little upset if they discontinue my faves though. They have amazing hair leave in. I never thought to try. Nice smelling formulas that work. Good job Body Shop some new stuff I really like is keeping me interested still !
