Customer service as great, Tax agent was nice and friendly but not the best communication. Told me filing my taxes was going to be $120-$145. What he didn’t tell me was it’s for each one filed. I paid $700 to file my taxes. Most of them were simple and nothing to claim. Absolutely ridiculous. Get pricing before you get your taxes done.

Diane is, simply amazing!! She did a superb job at explaining my taxes and my options. She is professional and courteous and took away all the stress I had regarding my taxes and made the process extremely simple, fast, and efficient (especially with all the additional procedures due to COVID -19). I don't even know where to begin, the unscheduled appointments that I arrived for, the misplacing of my documents, the scheduling with non-certified agent, or the raise of prices from one day ($89) to the very next day ($149). SUPER unprofessional, I wouldn't trust them with my secure documents. I walked out.

Worst experience ever. Receptionist was terrible. Person who did my taxes appeared to be on another planet. He was difficult to converse with. Had a good experience last year with Rhonda but she was not there any longer. Because of my experience this year, I will never ever go to H & r block again. Have also since discovered that getting my tax done with an accountant will be almost half of what I paid at H & R.

Go here if you want unprofessional behavior and your taxes really messed up.Couldn't hold in person appt. I showed up and receptionist told me accountant does this all the time as she works in more than one office.Taxes done eventually via phone conversation not in person as appointment stated.And even bigger surprise a 3k mistake made. After taxes filed.Don't walk in their door go elsewhere.

if you want your paper work to be held hostage n never actualy get done this is the place for you! phones are never answered voice mails and emails are never returned and if you think your lucky because your call was answered your not youll be told they will look into whatever you need and call you back... ya your not getting a call back dont hold your breath! this is the worst place! such a waste of time! took weeks to get my stuff back so i can go somewhere else

The shadiest tax prep company there is. Absolutely unacceptable how they conduct business. Totally lied to me and caught them in it, then was passed around and their shady manager began ducking my calls. Stay away if you don't want debt the following year or headaches w your return/s
