I have done research for over two years looking for an e-bike of all the places I have reviewed I found Rider solutions to be a very good solution to my new addition ... They were very pleasant and assertive and formative making sure you made the right choice. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend anyone definitely buying an yourself a RS80

About 4 years ago, I bought a hurricane and a mini from Riders Solutions. Both bikes have been exceptional. When I made the purchase which was over $4,000, the sales service was exceptional also. For that reason, when I needed battery replacement on the mini, I drove from Brampton to Hamilton, instead of going to any local ebike service depot. I called for the price for the batteries. The owner gave me a price and then said and we can install them for you. I took the battery pack over. After the job was finished, I handed the owner the agreed on cash and he turns to me and says but you have to pay for installation, $20. Very sneaky. He should have just told me up front the total price, it wouldn't have changed my mind at all. I minimized the extra charge by paying him cash, to avoid the taxes. Recently, I emailed inquiring about a windshield replacement on the Hurricane. They couldn't bother with a reply. They have great bikes here. Just understand that once the sale is done, customer service is non-existant.

I just bought my first hawk for my son. The owner was fantastic. He took the time to explain every detail of the bike. I would highly recommend this shop! Even the man who is affiliated with them and delivers the bikes was awsome.Hopefully I dont have any issues with the bike but if I do I'm confident that the owner would fix the problem.

Absolutely never go hear, I bought my ebike used from a gentleman and it needed new batteries and they were supposed to put new batteries in, after a bit of driving the batteries were failing. Took it to Electric Avenue only to find out they scammed us and put in old batteries that were stamped 2021. Buyer beware they are not honest people.

I Work at Burlington Hospital and I had purchased my Hawk E bike from Riders Solutions in the Summer of 2016. I use my ebike almost every day to get to work and home and also for getting things done in town, The E bike that I bought was a Black and yellow Hawk and It is a nice smooth ride. The owner of the store asked me to share my experience that I had and id like to mention that whenever I had a question or needed help it was answered and my bike has always been taken care of by the staff. I had such a good experience, I ordered them Pizza for lunch! I highly recommend this store for your E bike purchase! The Owner is a gentleman and technicians are great guys also who always try to help out! Keep it up!

So far. The e-bike was an attempt theft. After just 3months. Steal the bike and cut main wiring harness. 24 wires. Got the bike back with some paint damage.The store staff has been there to support my needs. So far. Great inventory of choices. They have been a Hamilton go to for e-bikes.Wish after spending $3,000 plus taxes that the least they could share the web site from the China suppliers. Just good pr. To learn about the product and options.Manual that comes with the e-bike is a joke. More info would be a plus. Hoping parts come in during winter months so it can be fixed. Worth the trip to stop in and view the possibilities. Have fun.

Bought a bike mid year of 2022Brand new RS80Paid over $3,000Getting it serviced at a fabolous different company and they showed me the batteries were stamped of Early 2021. New bike. old batteries.Bike won't even go 30KM distance.Everything on the bike is flawless but older batteries. I do not recommend doing business here.
