Was looking forward to authentic shawarma when back in Quebec. Save your money for downtown. Chicken was old and tough. Garlic sauce had no bite. They added way more turnip than necessary to compensate. Avoid.

Worse customer service. I’m a regular customer with my family. We order for delivery waited an hour and 37 minutes and we kept calling asking when it’ll get here, the owner kept saying “it’s coming in 10 mins” or “it’s on the way now”. ( keep in mind we’re only 5 minutes away from Amir ) When it was all a lie, I called the owner to let him know that I’m not paying for it regardless if it’s warm or cold, and that it’s been more then an hour. Super rude owner yelling at the driver on the phone. Told us that if we take the food and not pay for it we’re cut off the list and that we will not longer be welcomed to Amir. Ended up not taking the food, but they sure lost customers. I do not recommend franchises like these, you will end up getting harassed and lied to.

Edit: so we decided to give them another chance, now with delivery. Placed our order over the phone and were told that the food would arrive 30 minutes later. 55 minutes passed and I called to see what was going on, got attitude and instead of apologizing for the delay the guy argued that it had only been 45 minutes and it would take 10 more, no apology whatsoever. It was not the intention of the call but decided to cancel the order and cook. Twenty minutes later (on the dot) the food arrived and we sent it back. Never again.... Original review: One of the more expensive franchises. They didn't listen to our order and got attitude when we corrected them, the food was cold on top of it. Same happened to the couple ordering right behind us.

Worst experience ever.. very rude staff. wouldn't recommend this restaurant for nothing in the world. ordered at 6:00. 90 minutes later no food. when I called I was put on hold for about 5 minutes. I hung up and called back. The idiot that answered the phone was rude after I told him I had been waiting for almost 2hours. He didn't apologize, but in turn told me he had another call and if I wanted the food or not. I wanted to tell him where he could put the food. I hung up, and I will never order or go to that restaurant again, and I will tell anyone who will listen not to go there either. customer service is very important and dispite you being very busy u still should have respect. Anyone with half a brain can understand if a restaurant is busy. but u still have to be curteous.

This is the worst Amir in Quebec! Go to Taschereau boulevard's Amir in Brossard to see quality compared to this place. The food is drenched in canola oil, overpriced, with such small quantities compared to other Amir's. What is going on at this place?? The owner is also very rude with staff, I won't be going back.

Went to pick up for supper 2 shish-taouk plates to celebrate my sons birthday. Ordered our supper with a pleasant young man behind the counter, he asked exactly what I preferred and went to prepare our hot aluminum takeout. There was 5 people sitting at tables throughout the restaurant, and everyone seemed to be pleased with their meals. While I was waiting 3 other clients arrived. Another gentleman arrived from the kitchen and prepared to cut our meats and finish our dishes. Paid the man and with a pleasant smile he wished me a good evening. Arrived at home with supper, everything was in our bag, cutlery, napkins and even a nice little bag of 2 pitas. The dishes were piping hot and oh so worth the trip.

Been coming here for years but sadly I can only give so many chances, what was once the best Lebanese food franchise has turned into something so cheap. The food used to be amazing but now you can see the difference it’s like they try to be stingy and lazy on purpose, you should take some notes from other places like Boustan and compare their portion sizes. You ask them for extra garlic sauce and they give you a small one spoons worth, the chicken and beef is all dried up and they give you a handful of rice, I’m sure they stopped caring at this point. Anyways they can still turn things around the recipe itself is great just the people in charge of making it is not. From a long time customer good luck and goodbye.

The food is OK, but the Guys weren't ware the gloves during making a sandwich, so basically 2 of them were touching the food with their hands,. Lately My son had stomach discomfort and diaria, I don't know if it's because of that or not but anyway that's what happened. So I won't return there anymore for sure...
