Great service, on two separate occasions Brad has gone over and above what I expected in customer service. 2 different houses fixed the issue with my garage door and was quick and responsive via text and phone calls to schedule the repairs on my timeline, I was expecting to need to replace the garage opener and he was able to repair the unit and it's worker better than ever. Canyon Springs Overhead Door
I called Brad a couple times for different garage door issues over the past few years. Brad was very experienced, knowledgeable, and efficient. He could always make right assessment of what was wrong based on my descriptions on the phone and brought parts with him and fixed the door right away. He could also spot the problem quickly after checking the door. My garage door is old but I'm not worried as I know I can count on him when the door has a problem.

Had my garage door break, searched for a local service company and this one seemed honest and reliable with great ratings, and that was true.Brad at Canyon Springs did a great job in fixing my garage door, replace the broken springs with brand new ones. Came over in the afternoon on the first day and assessed the situation, came back the following day with the needed supplies and got a new set of springs ready to go. My garage door has less sound now with this fix. I would highly recommend Canyon Springs for your Overhead door needs.

Brad answered my call Sunday morning. He came Monday morning on time as promised and fixed my garage door in no time. Brad changed the broken springs, lubricated all the hinges and adjusted the door opener very efficiently. Now my garage door works smoothly and quietly, better than ever before. Brad answered my call immediately and came to look at our garage door the next morning. Extremely professional and quoted a reasonable price for the callout. I also really appreciated that he wasn't a pushy salesman and gave prices for a new motor but clearly stated we didn't need one yet. He'll have my business anytime and I'll be letting my friends and family know how great he was too! Thanks again!
