Jeff reroofed both store & house for me. Awesome job, great price, lots of personal touches. I would recommend Jeff for his quality of work, great price and good dependability.

Unfortunately we had a very poor overall experience with Skeena Roofing.The project took 1 month vs the 3 days Jeff stated to us due to a variety of personal reasons. This was too bad as the weather was for the most part great and we were there to help with labour each day to speed things along.The metal work on the roof was subpar. Unfortunately Jeff was not upfront with us that this was his first experience with a metal roof (he has done shingle roofs for 27 years). Ultimately this was at our expense and I feel Jeff should have been more honest with us.More importantly, we found Skeena Roofing to be very unprofessional at times. Jeff requested money numerous times through out the project all of which were for personal reasons making us feel very uncomfortable. It's scary to be asked to pay out everything promised on completion of a project up front for a project taking much longer than planned. Jeff showed a refusal to work with us to find solutions to things we were not happy with and ultimately it felt like there was just a poor attention to detail, incompletion of things that were promised, and a feeling that Skeena Roofing was much more concerned with completing the job even if poor rather than working with the customer to ensure they are satisfied.There were some very unprofessional things that were said by this company throughout the project ultimately resulting in my wife not feeling safe with them working on the project and damaging my trust in this company to do a job of this magnitude. Because of this, we are finding another company to complete the project at our expense.This is just a few pictures mainly showing the ridge line, our main concern, but also unfinished facia, poor cuts etc.

They're changing shingles on Davis Ave, leaving tar paper, pieces of old shingles and plastic wrap from new shingles which are blowing into my property cause they will not clean their garbage once done on the job
