I was in there about 20 minutes ago. I used the remaining of my one gift card for fuel and asked to use the second gift card. He said he can't. He said he couldn't even check the balance. Yet and behold I could walk into Canadian Tire and check the balance. This location cheats you out of your money don't go here.

I've been going to this gas bar for over 20 years. I took my car wash ticket to them at the end of the summer. They wouldn't honour my ticket because they calculated it was 2 days overdue. When I tried to negotiate, I was accused of lying.They've lost a long-term customer over a $16 car wash ticket!Now I go to the Canadian Tire at Erb and Ira Needles. Much better service and plaza has excellent selection of stores.

Took the truck through this car wash. It is an old school car wash, park it in neutral, then we were quickly pulled through. It was a terrible wash and the truck came out dirty!!! Will never come back to this car wash again. BTW it was the ultimate wash, and the worst one that we have ever did in any city.

The guy who was there was super rude. I asked him if I can use the washroom. He said he needs his supervisor's permission. I told him I don't live nearby. I already visited a couple of places like Tim Hortons etc. He was like no way I can use the washroom. I told him I have bladder issues and will even pay extra for the washroom. He was so indifferent. Seriously. When you have employees like this you are gonna loose the business.

The punjabi guy who's working there is very rude.I went there to fill up gas in my car at 10:20 and store closing time was 10:30.He said pump is closed even though it shows right time on map.He said he needs to shut down systems 5 min earlier of closing time and i was there 10 min earlier.He said very rudely that I can do whatever i want

Good, went for the car wash. The nozzles left a little more cleaning to be desired on the rear of my car and the above nozzle sounded like it was going to blast my sun roof in. Tires look sharp, I'll give them that.

Went in for propane refills. They told me one of my tanks was expired [ 2 months]. So I paid extra for the exchange and they tried giving me a full tank that expired 4 years ago. Tank was dated 2005 so it was ok good after 2015. Upon closer inspection I found about 20% of the tasks were either expired or well past the half way point of their lives. Be very careful of what you buy from these crooks.

I had a very fantastic experience at this gas station, they had all the items I needed for my long road trip. Besides just doing the business I had nice chat with Manager and he told me few nice go to places nearby which was something nice to know.

Dont get car wash at this gas station. I got the premium package it didn't fully clean the side door. The guy that works there at night unprofessional when I came in and asked him for second wash he was very rude and didnt want to do it. I asked if he can call his supervisor he said no. If you guys keep this guy you will lose business. This happened today december 14, 2021 around 9:15pm hopefully your supervisor see this.
