It was my first time here and I must say terrible customer service… the lady literally acted like I was a pest. I asked the first question about direct billing or payment upfront she looked at me and then began to walk away as she answered, I still proceeded to ask the next question if I could book an appointment for the same day and she was so quick to say “we are fully booked” at this point she was far from me I didn’t even bother suggesting another day or time. It felt like I wasn’t even welcomed… customer service is key for every business. Booked or not, you still need returning clients and referrals. I would advise you train your staff again! I definitely won’t be returning to this store.

Worse customer service ever - I would give the zero stars if that was an option. They promised us glasses for a certain date and when they were not ready on time they denied having promised the glasses for that date. The woman at the cash is not knowledgeable and is pretty rude. Never again!

The customer service here was terrible. I felt like I was bothering them when I was picking out my glasses and they offered no help. They got my phone number wrong so when I called to check on them they said they had been in for 10 days, didn't try to email me or reach out instead. When I picked them up the girl would not adjust them for me and was borderline rude. I tried to wear my new glasses, which only had a very slight prescription change from my last pair, and had a terrible headache for over a week. Finally i brought them to hakim at baseline and they were super helpful and informed me that the lenses had been placed incorrectly and was lining up on my eyes completey wrong. They were very helpful at baseline and fixed the errors. 2 months later I can wear the new glasses I paid for. Will not be back to hakim at billings.

My appointment was in the evening and the doctor must have been in a hurry or something because he kept getting mad at me for not responding to the eye exam correctly. He got frustrated with me and then told me my prescription hadn't changed because I wasn't (apparently) giving the right answers about what I could and could not read on the screen. The salesperson for the frames was rude to me because I said I wouldn't be buying my new glasses there. I had new glasses made at another place for the same prescription but I was still having trouble reading things from a distance or a smaller font size. I contacted Hakim Opticals to re-do my eye exam and they gave me the roundabout saying there were no appointments available for the next two months. I had a friend call in to ask for appointments and they actually had many slots available the very next day. When they did begrudgingly give me an appointment that was a month or 90 days away, I said no. I paid again for an eye exam at another optometrist and they determined that my prescription had indeed changed. This was months ago but I am still writing this review to caution others.

Had my eyes checked and everyone was pretty nice and respectful. Doctor was good as well and everyone took good care of me. Will be visiting again for sure. Thanks

Had an eye optometry appointment at billings bridge Hakim Optical at 3:00pm on March 27th. I felt so rushed during the eye optometry appointment and after the appointment I did not have any confidence that my prescription is correct. Normally it is difficult to tell the difference between which letters look more clear and when the optometrist told me he would not change slides again. I had to read each letter to him when he changed the slides so he knew which letter was more clear. I am glad I did not decide to even purchase glasses from Hakim Optical because now I will need to get my eyes tested at another Optometrist since I do not believe my prescription that was given to me is correct. You website is misleading as well with the type of lenses you offer. I was going to spend 500 to 600 dollars on glasses, but with a prescription I do not trust. I will not waste 500 to 600 dollars on glasses that have nikon lenses and risk the prescription for the glasses being wrong. I regret paying the 90 dollar optometrist fee upfront before seeing the optometrist.

Had a terrible experience last year. the prescription doctor gave me was super strong for my eyes. I was told it will take couple of weeks for my eyes to adjust. I had to bear severe headache for couple of weeks hoping my eyes would adjust. called after two weeks to tel them about it. the lady told me it's alright it may take more time. eventually ended up going to other optometrist for another check-up. got right number, no more headaches for me

Waste of time had issues with my glasses received and then I come back before 9pm when it’s ready for pick up as it is indicated here that they close at 9pm but they’re closed half an hour early what a waste of my time.Edit they want to charge $50 for a simple pupil measurement that is my medical data that I paid for during my glasses measurement as part of my legal medical data. Ridiculous scamming. I
