Julie Simard- You performed a miracle!!!! My 89 year old mother has walked thousands and thousands of miles....Those feet are quite fragile. You managed to create orothics that work and allow her to keep walking. We know it was not an easy task!!! As we know seniors must move to maintain their health.Thank you so much. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We highly recommend this store!

Was initially fitted for the government brace which was a waste as it was not suitable for my sporting needs. This was after I was clear that I was an avid skier, tennis player, mountain biker. Was refitted for a Bauer brace. It was the wrong size by a full size- wore it re-injured my knee wearing it. Went for refit and re-injured my knee a second time wearing it. Went back again to get a third brace, the fitter told me mine was the wrong size completely. Would not offer credit towards another brace despite it being their fitters error. Two braces, a lot of money wasted and my knee further injured. Do not go there for sports braces.

Un service d’exception, un bel accueil, une écoute et une approche très professionnelle. M. Galarneau a pris le temps de bien répondre à toutes mes questions, de m’expliquer les options pour trouver solution à mon problème. Des gens comme lui fait une différence dans la vie de bien du monde. On n’a pas l’impression d’être un numéro mais d’être avec quelqu’un qui se soucie de nous outiller pour avoir une meilleure qualité de vie. Finalement je tiens également à souligner la secrétaire agréable, compétente qui rends notre visite plaisante.
