Craftsman Collision

Customer service was horrible. Went in for my appointment and they were not ready for me and then the manager Mike complained about my how much of a pain it is to deal with my private insurance. I had to call twice over 3 weeks to get an estimate that he was supposed to call me with and was supposed to come 2 weeks earlier and every time I called they could not find my paperwork. Called to reschedule my appointment and apparently I cancelled it a few weeks prior.. Assuming Mike just forgot to schedule me in and blamed it on my private insurer... Went to CSN on McCurdy and got an appointment that day and booked my car in to get fixed with no private insurance issues at all..

This was by far the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life! I had a 100 percent ICBC coverage repair assessment appointment. Mike Ross, the manager had a terrible demeanor, tone and he was straight up so rude!!! I was rushed while looking for my correct insurance document, my 10 year old child was yelled at for being a child (I call him out when I need to trust me, but he did nothing wrong). I’m telling you this man had some nerve. When he speaks to you he is demeaning and judgmental. I let him know I felt elevated by his behavior and said it’s best if I take my business elsewhere. He then laughed condescendingly and said yea, you should, it’s best if you do that!How can a business survive when they just lose clients due to that behavior, a potential 7 grand job covered through ICBC?I do want to reiterate though, this is Rutland location specific. I did reschedule my vehicle at the craftsman collision on Springfield and have had a good experience there in the past, and will give this Springfield location a chance, but not without informing management about this location and this man.

The team here did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle and got it done quickly as well. A few months later there was a problem with the trim but they ordered the part and installed it at no charge with no questions asked. Would highly recommend.

My car was involved in a hit and run so I contacted Craftsman Collision to have the body work done. They did a great job! Later I noticed that the replaced panel was coming off and took it back for them to have a look at it. They diagnosed the problem and am currently awaiting the part to fix it. I would definitely take my car there again if some terrible driver tried to park next to me at the grocery store and scraped the whole side of my car and then took off.

Had road paint on 2018 Colorado. I recieved my truck back in extraordinary condition, it looks new again! The repairs exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Craftsman Collision located in Rutland.

blah blah blah blah blahUpdate !!! the rep was too slick and did not make be feel comfortable. Too much negativity in the work to be done, didn't even see the damage properly and did not like my insurance company, that he trashed. He stated that to look at the car, I needed and appointment, since they are busy like doctors" these days - please!!! - make be he was having a crappie morning.I also asked about repair to some other damage and was so over the top $$$ on the repair

Highly recommended!!!The people at Craftsman Collision in Rutland are some of the greatest group of people working together in one place that I have seen in a very long time.They did the repairs that was needed, kept me in the loop while it was getting done and the quality of work exceeded my expectations.Thank you for being courteous, professional and efficient..

Tailgate was replaced. The rear view camera failed because of the way it was installed and now there are bumps extruding from the exterior of thevtailgate.

Will give 5 star for the good polishing and result on.the side door. However you need be very careful after they done. Y im posting review after the repair done for one year? Well Im about leaving the country and sell my car then those marks that they left while repairing seems much more serious than i thought.When they repaint the car, they cover the paint while there r water on that and leave so many marks that all over my car. The glue remover wont works, to get rid of those the only option is to polish and cost me another 350 dollars.

Nothing but great things to say about craftsman collision in Rutland, went above and beyond to get my Truck looking amazing again .. I would definitely recommend to everyone!
