We dealt with Lori for new glasses for both my husband and myself. What an absolute pleasure! She was not only efficient but friendly, warm and quite comical. She made this process so enjoyable and we got exactly what we needed. Not often do you leave an establishment and think to yourself “Wow, that was an absolute pleasure to do business there!” That was our experience and because of it, we will deal exclusively with Lenscrafters and Lori for all of our future eyewear needs. Wonderful experience! I went today to St Vital location to buy sunglasses. I got exceptional service from Optician Nada. She was very professional and informative. I had so much fun in trying diferent styles and selecting my perfect pair with Nada's help. Two gentlemen that work there with her, were also really nice and helpful. I am impressed with the service! I cannot wait to get my new sunglasses and rock them in syle! Thank you Nada!

A epic shout out, goes out to Jaime! Thank you for going above and beyond in order to rectify my concerns regarding my glasses.1) lens needing new frame, 2) adjusting the lens in my sunglasses, 3) replacing frame on a set of eye wear. Awesome staff! Was wearing a Prada sunglass without 2 screws for 6 months and nobody helped me. Those guys simply solved the problem in 30 minutes, with no charges at all. Important detail: my sunglass was not bought with them. Next one definitely will! Thanks LensCrafters!

Exceptional service! I somehow lost a nose pad on my glasses, I went in and asked if they were able to replace it even though the frames were not originally purchased at their store. Jaime was so kind and said yes we can do that for you, he took my glasses and when he returned I asked how much? He said no charge and sent me on my way. The best thing was they were conveniently located in the mall where I was already was running other errands.
