Friendly staff, really good and interesting selection but not for the claustrophobic -- really narrow aisles overloaded with product. I got stuck in an aisle with a woman in a fight with her kids on the phone and I was really not enjoying that.

This is a great store with great selection of new and old records. Be prepared to dig because there so much stuff. Better prices than lots of others as well.

The perfect place to take today's kids! Their minds will be blown by all the CDs and Vinyl Albums!It is fun to explain how all music used to come on these and that it used to be common place to go to stores like this and spend hours listening to music and choosing what to buy next.The kids you mean music isn't just streamed or downloaded???". This is a fun place for audiophiles. They have literally everything! We even found the audio CD for Green Eggs and Ham.A little clearer signage for cataloging where all the music is in each aisle would be helpful. It makes for a cost effective adventure with kids for sure!"

This place is AWESOME. Huge record selection, alittle tight to navigate but they have literally everything. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Found a record I've been searching for for MONTHS here. wish I could give more stars. ♡

I went into buy a vinyl for my partner. Unfortunately, I do not know much about his chosen genre of music. I showed the staff a picture of the specific album I was looking for. The staff handed me an album with two vinyls, I mentioned the one I was looking for is advertised as having eight. I was assured that it was sized down to fit all tracks on two and it was for sure the same album. This album was $104, not cheap by my standards. So, obviously I asked about their return policy, the person I was speaking to advised me he is the owner and if it is not the correct album we can refund on the original method of payment within 30 days, with receipt.Of course, it was not the right album, and we were denied a refund. We asked that the correct album he ordered and was told it would take 3-6 months to receive once ordered It’s 2023, where are you ordering your products from. I can get it overnight from Amazon.I had found the correct album on Amazon but I wanted to support local. Won’t happen again, I will not support a business that lies to their customers to make a sale.

Always loved this store and been going once in a while for decades. Today they went above and beyond for me and it shows how great their customer service is. They were all out of new packs of external sleeves and I had drove from the edge of the city with my infant without calling and checking first. They gathered up a bunch of their own loose stock for the store and sold me those to help me out in a pinch. They definitely didn't have to do that, and it was really appreciated.If you have not been in this store and you're an album collector, you really need to go check it out. Largest selection in the city and they always have some great deals as well. The employees really know their stuff and have helped me track down some very hard to find LPs in the past. Always loved this place, but today really impressed me. Highly recommend!Thanks guys, you rock!

Recordland was amazing... they even had an In Rainbows box set (or whatever it's called), first pressing which is amazing.Super friendly people, amazing selection, new and used, CDs, records, and more. GO HERE! Beautiful store. Can't wait to return. :)

very good selection, especially for someone who isn't interested in older music and likes modern stuff, they really delivered with this. the staff was funny and me and my dad had a nice conversation with the cashier lady. one complaint is I did receive a email from them (after I asked a question) that felt passive aggressive, but it did not affect my in store experience. would give 4.5 if I could, definitely going again and worth the drive for me. Only complaint is it is very cramped and I could see in rush hours it getting very difficult to shop.

Great CD & LP collection. They also had some cassettes.Used prices are reasonable and new LP prices hover around the $25 mark, which is not to bad. On the used LP price tag they will note if the record has issues such as scratched or thrashed, etc, which was helpful.Staff were helpful. If your looking for something and cannot find it make sure you ask staff as they might have one ‘stashed’ behind the front counter.I also like that most of their used and all of the new records are sleeved. A nice little touch that seems to say ‘thank you for shopping here’ to the customer.

Great selection with highly competitive prices. Whatever music you might be looking for, this place probably has it, from CDs to records, the best selection I’ve seen. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help with anything you might need! The aisles are a bit cramped but it gives it that “hidden find” vibe so much more and makes it cozy.
