I recently required the services of a small transport company to transport a large mobility scooter from Montreal to Ottawa. The transport service provided by Chamberlain Transport was simply outstanding in that the scooter was picked up, secured and delivered to my house in Ottawa on time and as promised. Moreover, Mr Chamberlain kept me informed throughout the process with updates by text in terms of when the scooter was picked up and an ETA as he approached Ottawa. Given the distance travelled and the quality of the services provided, I found Mr Chamberlain's fee to be fair and reasonable. I would not hesitate to use Chamberlain Transport again and wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone in need of transport services.

I was really disappointed by Patrick and his coworker during the moving.His colleague was rude to usDuring the moving they had to move the trailer and it took half an hour that he included in the bill, also he took 30 for lunch but he didn’t notify me, I was waiting for him to come but never did, I had to look for him and call!We noticed that he didn’t notify us regarding the extra time and put more than 8 hours for moving 2 sofas washer dryer, a bed and bbq!I did moved before with the same fourniture and it wasn’t that long!I don’t recommend Patrick ! He was polite tho so thank you for that!
