I recently purchased a vehicle and extended warranty from Felco Motors. My experience was excellent from the get go. Matt, was very pleasant and helpful in providing all of the history on the vehicle, and the car was in showroom condition; as advertised. I picked-up the car literally the following day plated and serviced as promised...talk about customer service! I would definitely recommend Felco Motors...especially if you live in Toronto.

I just bought a Jaguar from Matt. He is a true professional that only sells top notch cars. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a quality used vehicle. I had a small issue with the car and I took it back and it was fixed free of charge. They stand behind what they sell.

Matt sold me a great vehicle and unfortunately it’s clutch was burned out and within the basic 30 day coverage he fixed it for me ! Keep up that customer service and you have no ceilings to potential. Thank you Felco Motors.

I recently purchased a 2019 Jetta from Matt. I had a concern with the turbo from a fault code and he put it in writing that he would take care of it if it returned. I did not expect that and thought I was going to walk from the deal but Matt was very honest and was very fair on his pricing and I would recommend him to family and friends.Thanks again.

I drove from Hamilton to see the Blue Mercedes E350that is still being advertised. I presently drive a Mercedesand was very interested in this vehicle because my vehiclehas many KM's and I decided it's time for a new vehicle.After test driving I discussed the safety with Matt I askedabout upgrading the parts for a necessary repair for thesafety. Matt said he would get prices and call me the sameday or the next day with the answer. This was about 3 weeksago and I still have not received the call. I have concludedthat Matt is just a typical liar that sells used cars and onlywants to deal with people who believe his lies. You wouldthink a guy that suggested he doesn't know how muchlonger he can stay in business due to prevailing business& economic conditions would be anxious to sell hisinventory to a serious buyer. Guess not.

Matt was excellent to deal with. Great quality vehicle too. Very impressed with everything, found better pricing here and drove from Sarnia to purchase. Was well worth it. Much better then buying from the big dealerships. I totally recommend this place.

For years I’ve always got my vehicles (BMWs, Chevrolets, Hondas) serviced here as I have had some pretty big issues and Alan has always been a huge help and puts his customers first. Could not be happier and have my full faith in his excellent workmanship whatever the case may be. Have got jobs done as small as an oil change to getting a windshield replaced, water pump replaced, a engine valve cover replacement, you name it and everything was done perfectly. Highly recommend Alan and I have my complete trust in him.

Had a great experience dealing with Matt. As others have stated he is not pushy. He puts forward a fair deal and let's you decide. Very honest. We discussed the value of my trade and he gave me more than I expected. He hand picks the cars he wants on his lot. My car is immaculate. Thanks again Matt!
