The Ojcr Construction company worked on my street today, I must say they started at 7am and worked till 7pm , fixing century old pipes with new pipes, I have never saw such Team work a job well done and the clean up was amazing....Thanks Guys

In terms of relating to the public, which is all I can speak to, I have found OJCR’s employees to be friendly and candid. They are conducting work in our downtown neighbourhood and have done the best they can to inform us when we have questions about the project (which is emergency work).

I worked for them for 3 months, and I have never seen such a high turn over rate. I recently left myself due to horrible organization and management. They have a monopoly on the city contract because Toronto inspectors are constantly being paid off to allow the company to milk hours and expense machine costs on site. It’s a mafia type company.

My name is Karel Blechta and I had the pleasure of meeting OJCR firsthand. A water main burst on our street during a day where the City of Toronto had advised an extreme cold warning. These guys worked tirelessly to fix the problem and get buildings back their plumbing before nightfall. Not only that, they were professional in their manner and friendly too.This is a company that obviously knows how to give Great Customer Service, as well as deliver great service, and is one that I would most definitely use in the Future. I strongly recommend OJCR Construction to anyone (or company) that needs fast and professional construction work done.Thanks!

Worst experience ever. They replaced my lead water lines and their loose connection to my home caused a flood in my basement and they took no responsibility even though they offer a 2-year warranty (which is useless for unscrupulous companies like this). My emergency plumber came to repair and showed me that the connection they used wasn't even secured and the wrong size. OJCR took days to respond and then took no responsibility. Their communication is non-existent and their workmanship is awful. GET ANYONE ELSE to do your work.. not these bafoons.

I wish I can give them 0 or negative star. The receptionist EMA was extremely rude person. They were blacklisted by the city before for fair wage policy - and yet they got the city contract for entire Toronto.They have 0 customer service and barely care for any client since they have millions dollar coming for the city / tax payer money automatically by the lobbies.

Hired them to replace 1/2 inch with 3/4 inch pipe from street to my home. The new pipe still works fine after several years. They did not remove the 1/2 inch pipe, which may be OK. However, they cut my old 1/2 inch water supply pipe from the street in my basement, so only less than 1/4 inch is above the floor with no valve or anything at the end to cover/seal it. Now the water from outside actually get in to my basement via this old pipe. How could they have not known this could be a problem! They were plumbers.
