I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with generation spa's customer service department, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism I encountered left me thoroughly frustrated and disappointed.To begin with, getting in touch with a customer service representative was an arduous task in itself. I spent an unreasonable amount of time on hold, only to be transferred multiple times without any resolution. The whole process felt like a never-ending loop of being passed from one agent to another, each seemingly unaware of my previous conversations or the nature of my issue.When I finally managed to explain my problem, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of empathy. The representative I spoke to displayed a dismissive attitude, as if my concerns were of no importance. It was evident that they were simply going through the motions, without any genuine intention to assist me or address my concerns.Moreover, the level of knowledge demonstrated by the customer service staff was shockingly inadequate. They seemed unfamiliar with the company's own policies and procedures, providing conflicting information and contradicting themselves at every turn. I had to repeatedly explain the same issue, wasting valuable time and energy, with no resolution in sight.What's even more frustrating is the lack of ownership and accountability from the company. Despite being assured that my issue would be escalated and resolved promptly, no action was taken. I was left hanging, waiting for a resolution that never came. It's clear that Generation Spa does not value their customers or prioritize providing satisfactory service.Customer service is the face of any company, and it is disheartening to see such a disregard for customer satisfaction. I expected better from Generation Spa, but unfortunately, my experience only reinforced the negative reputation they seem to have earned. Be VERY CAREFUL dealing with Generation Spa...

Let me save you some money, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. TRULY THEY TRY TO SCAM YOU, the hot tubs easily break, they want it to break, its called planned obsolescence--they want it to break so they can keep charging you more, dont buy their home brand no one will be able to repair it but themselves--AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. YOU'RE WELCOME.

The Sales Rep from Generation Spas was one of the most helpful person in the multitude of stores that we have visited in the process of buying a new spa. The Rep was highly knowledgeable in his field.He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained all the differences with regards of the spas they offered.Based on the excellent service, my wife and i felt that Generation Spas was a company we felt confidence in and we decided to proceed with our purchase.So looking forward to the installation and being in our new spa.

Terrible service...i frankly dont understand this company. They came to inspect my spa and make an evaluation of the damage but never called me back with submission...left 4 messages, every single time, either the person wasn’t there or was busy, etc etc...I’m completely shocked of how bad the service was..they finally never called me back so went else where...

I was with my boyfriend when we were going to purchase a 18 000$ hot tub, then he transferred them 11 000$, but the city told us we cannot get a hot tub because of the flood zone risk, it had only been a few days (~2 days since the transfer) so we went to the location to explain to them and they told us to forward an email from the city to get the full refund, even on their contract it says they will refund for these extreme cases. However they are refusing to give back the 11 000, the hot tub NEVER left their premise and was supposed to be delivered a week after anyways, its been over two weeks we are waiting for the call back from the manager. It shocks me that they told us they will refund us and now they are putting conditions that if they sell the hot tub to someone else they will refund us, then they said if they sell the hot tub for less then that will be our refund.... what kind of practice is this. We are talking to our lawyer, and talking to the better business bureau, we are business people and they are wasting our time so they can expect that we get more than just 11 000$ at the end of this unnecessary ordeal. I am angered by the lack of integrity--this is a scam and we are making note of every detail to take this to court. If you are reading this review, reconsider dealing with such company, do you really think they will withhold any promises and warranty? This is the shadiest company I've ever seen in my life! Some people will do ANYTHING for money....YUCK.
