Just picked out a new bed from here. Amazing customer service and amazing prices. Be sure to check them out! Can't go wrong with buying from a local business rather than a big box store, Loretta (the owner/manager) is very knowledgeable on what she has in store and what would best suit your needs. Nothing but quality from here.

Walked in to a very clean showroom, and a friendly owner who didn’t mind us asking about some pieces. Was very knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. Prices seemed fair, and product was beautiful, all fine quality. We will definitely be back again.

I think they do good business. Shopping for new furniture should be exciting that you’re going to treat yourself, but over the years I find going to bigger furniture stores, even ones that are supposed to be local..it can be a really annoying experience. Everything is so much money and poor quality dressed up pretty is everywhere! To matters worst most places have poor customer service, they don’t come over and really talk to you they’re just robots. Even if you do find something and you’re willing to spend all that money most places can’t even sell you what they show you for weeks or months. I found this store was different, Loretta does care! She totally gets it. I like that the products are made in Canada, and she’s very personable! I Totally recommend this place and I am proud to see it in Windsor!Thanks Loretta, keep at it!

A few months back my family and I bought furniture on sale here, and found s better deal elsewhere.While trying to return the aforementioned items, we were told that the items could not be returned because they were on sale and this final. However a table we purchased was at the regular price and could be returned. When we informed the owner that we were going to dispute the charges for the items that they were refusing to allow us to return, the table was added to the list of non-returnable items.No signage was posted in the store, the receipt did not reflect this, nor were we told by the clerk selling the items that it was a final sale.Over the last few months, the owner of the establishment has been harassing us to pick up the items that we have clearly stated we do not want, after citing a non existent return policy.

Purchased a couch here less then a year ago and a portion of the couch that is almost exclusively unused has started to sink in a strange spot. When questioned about this, the owner said that the couch was on sale" and all sales are final sale.She then said that she had sold 20 units and nobody has had a problem inferring that we are making it up. The couch was a little over a thousand dollars and we originally got the wrong pieces aswell.Unfortunate. Better off going to a larger company who will atleast take responsibility for faulty product."
