Called to ask about the cost of prescription sunglass lenses and the length of time it will take for it to be done. There was awkward silence that followed after my inquiry and her first response was asking me something unrelated to my question and then stated “I’m confused, I dont understand….” I repeated my question…..I have two sunglasses, I need the current lenses to be swapped out for prescription sunglass lenses. What is the cost and how long it will take? She proceeded to give me an answer that gave off the impression that it was a silly and obvious inquiry. Ultimately decided to go elsewhere. First impressions is important especially if it’s a potential customer. I can’t imagine what an in person experience would be like.

I never leave reviews online, but after having such a wonderful first-time experience with Eyeview Optical, I feel it's necessary to post one.If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Every single one of the staff is super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The eye exam that Dr. S. Kirupananthan gave me was insanely thorough. The eyeglasses I got were well-crafted and affordable. Last but not least, I highly enjoyed the speedy service, the hospitality, and the genuineness I received from the staff.I have recommended this place to my friends and family. To be honest, I don't see myself buying my eyewear from other places but here from now on. Keep up the great work!

We decided to try Eyeview Optical based on their stellar on-line reviews, and after working with them had to come and leave one of our own! The atmosphere of the store is so welcoming and friendly. We were able to book eye exams very quickly, and Dr. Kirupananthan was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Christine the owner is very warm, competent and thoughtful. While waiting in the waiting area, I couldn’t help but notice how every one coming in to pick up frames was greeted warmly by name. There is a great selection of frames to chose from for the whole family, and the turnaround time was incredibly quick. Communication by phone and in person has been smooth, courteous and timely. We are extremely happy with all 6 of the frames we got between us. The painted mural is also a really unique and neat design element in the space. It is not hard to see why customers at Eyeview Optical seem to keep coming back. I would definitely recommend to friends and family, and plan to return in the future!

Dr.kirupananthan is very ethical and personable; It was a pleasure to meet him. But he does say some misguiding things tho such as dry eyes being irrelevant to eligibility for LASIK.

The most fantastic service! They will help you find what looks great on you and they have very fast turnaround. Also, they have glasses for every budget and great deals as well if you don’t care for brand name. I will certainly be going back here as long as I live near the city. My titanium frames broke just when I had to travel in a couple days, so I was hoping to find a retro fit. These folks were friendly and said they could help, and I can't believe how quickly they had me in a new frame that was not a compromise in style or comfort. It helps to know who has a lens grinding lab.Well done, and thanks so much.

The customer service is absolutely amazing! We had gone in to get a pair of glasses and ended up leaving with two with a great deal. The staff is very helpful and they were even kind of enough to place the lenses of a broken frame into a new one while we waited for the new pairs to come in. I recommend them to anyone looking to get some glasses. The prices are also reasonable as they range from low to high to fit different budgets. Will definitely be returning here in the future for all our optical needs.

Awesome service. Came for an eye test and it was properly examined by the Doctor and as soon as I was done, the lady there assisted me in choosing a perfect frame and told me when the glasses will be ready. I was called as soon as my glasses were ready for pick-up. Very friendly staff! Had a great conversation with the Doctor and other staff. I highly recommend!

I was recommended to eyeview optical by a family member and right away I was able to find beautiful glasses with the help of Christine and the rest of the staff. My budget was taken into consideration and I was shown great options for higher and lower priced frames that where in the style I was looking for. I would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for glasses!
