Freshslice Pizza

I got two pizzas here today, it was not very flavorful but cheap enough. Picking it up was a nightmare, having the restaurant in a mall is a bad idea.

Best Mushroom and Bacon pizza I ever had. The Vegan Cheese option also was well cooked.

We tried this on a whim and found our new go-to place! The walk-in deal of unlimited toppings on a thin-crust medium for $8.99 is incredibly cheap and the quality of the pizza is phenomenal. Liberal toppings, great thin crust, and free dip! It was a real treat and we devoured ours. Tried the BBQ bacon chicken and it was sooo good. Hubby had create your own and still excellent. The staff was super friendly and really nice, and the place was spotless. We’ll be back very soon!

Best Pizza I've had in years! Being that Pizza is my favorite food, that's saying something!! I've tried a large portion of Saskatoon's Pizza and am left disappointed 98% of the time.This thin crust Sausage, Green Pepper, and Black Olive Pizza with complimentary Ranch Dip from Fresh Slice did not disappoint and checked all my boxes!✅️Fresh✅️Hot✅️Well-Balanced Cheese/Sauce/Toppings✅️Palatable and leave me wanting more!At first I thought they were cheap with the Pizza Sauce but one bite proved me wrong!

We ordered delivery for a birthday party at 5 p.m. this evening. After waiting over an hour and still no pizza, we had to call them four separate times to ask where our order was - one of which they hung up on us. Finally, after over two hours, and several guests leaving hungry, our pizza arrived... COLD! Don't advertise delivery, if you can't actually deliver. The only thing they managed to deliver correctly was disappointment.

I don't recommend ordering pick-up from Freshslice in the evening! You have to drive around the back of the mall, find an unmarked door, enter an employee-only entrance and walk through a short maze into the food court to get your pizza and pay. It felt icky.Fortunately, the pizza tasted good.

We ordered online and selected the deal for a couple of 4-topping pizzas but when we brought the pizzas home one of them just had two toppings and was missing the double meat. We called Fresh Slice and asked how we could fix this issue. Terry looked at the receipt, said it didn’t say anything about pepperoni on it so it must have been our fault, and that we would need to just order a new pizza. There was no offer to remake the pizza or even split the difference with half off. He could have even offered to reimburse us for the $4 overcharge on just getting two toppings and not the full four, but his only solution was to pay full price for a new pizza. I had a house full of people that wanted to eat a pizza with meat on it, but he said he wouldn’t correct the situation because he would have an inventory issue at the end of the night with crusts unaccounted for. My guests were literally taking the meat off of the pizza on their plate and giving it to the people that were eating the meatless pizza. I tried reaching a manager over Facebook DM and email the week after but no response.My husband and I were really hoping to like this place. There aren’t many pizza places in Silverwood so a new option would be amazing! But I’m not so sure now, especially because I told him that if we needed to pay for another pizza then we would be taking our business elsewhere and he just said, “I understand, sorry.”

Pizza was completely inedible. Called customer service and they would not do anything. Box was half open when I got it and pizza was all scrunched into a ball, like the box had been held vertical.The franchisee told me to email their customer service, which I did. 7 days later I have yet to receive a response.Skip refunded my money but did not reimburse me for the points that I used and also allowed the delivery person to keep the tip.Below is a photo of the pizza AFTER I tried to deconstruct the ball of pizza I received!
