Our home has experienced ongoing plumbing problems for years. We partially renovated the kitchen last year, which ended up being a disaster. Our washbasin was leaking when the contractor was done, showing that he lacked the skills necessary for the task. Another contractor that only employs the best craftspeople gave Ottawa Plumbing & HVAC & Electric his recommendation. They were engaged by us to repair the harm the prior business had caused. The plumber did a fantastic job of clearing up the debris completely.

Once I made the decision to proceed, scheduling happened quite quickly. The staff completed the work (including a challenging trenching job) on schedule, showing up 10 minutes early (which is a plus in my book). Very pleased with the work and level of service in general. I'll use them once again.

superb service. The engineer was helpful and kind. He promptly had the boiler fixed. He called if he became late and was also punctual. Would definitely suggest, especially if you have a problem on the weekend because not all plumbers are available on weekends.

What an incredible standard Ottawa Plumbing, HVAC, and Electric provides. Our door was visited by one plumber yesterday. He then started to fix the leak. He was really nice and bright. I adore these boys so much!
