Just make the drink consistent. Why can't I just get the same thing every day and it actually taste the same everyday. WHY. Some days it has foam some days it doesn't. Some days my drink is perfect and some days it is served and I immediately know it's going to be undrinkable and toss it.

The flickering lights in here are literally a health hazard. They make me feel nauseous and I'm not even epileptic. They have done that for months that I know of. This should be fixed. Everything else is fine but I feel bad for your staff working with those lights all shift

I was in there on Monday September 19, early afternoon. The younger fellow (I don't know his name) that took my order was very courteous. Waiting for my food order, I noticed he was very courteous and respectful with all incoming customers (didn't have that cocky attitude that's so common these days). Honestly, this is rare, I hope management takes notice of this and passes on the praise and some form of compensation.

i ordered a sandwich a coffee and a cookie everything else was fine but I didn’t get the sandwich i actually ordered. I wanted a chicken crave-able and i got the roast beef one i’m assuming?

Super nice, the menu was a bit confusing for drinks but they have a menu online so I was OK. Not a lot of seats but apart fork that everything was great, good drinks and food, quick service, cheap as well, $15 for the 3 of us!

It was early in the morning and I went in to order some breakfast. There were some details in my order that the cashier took a while to get right. When I had paid for the food, I heard the lady making our food speak in another language that I could understand and she said “is that finally what they’re going to get? they’re not going to change anything else?” and they both proceeded to laugh. I was only ordering two breakfast meals. It’s lovely to walk in to a Tim’s first thing in the morning where you’re disrespected in another language.To the workers: Basic respectshould be given to everyone whether you think they understand you or not.
